MIN YOONGIToo many things are going wrong right now, too many things that started to stress Yoongi out. Too many thoughts and too much awkwardness.
He didn't even know how to express his feelings right now. He was angry yes, angry that his mother even thought this was a good idea. He was disappointed, frustrated, stressed, scared and afraid.
Yoongi's father would have never went through with this, he wouldn't have ever thought he was crazy or needed any treatment for his 'illness'. That was the type of man that he is, or was anyway. Yoongi blamed everything on his mother, it was all her fault he left and disappeared from his world.
He didn't walk away, he was loyal to her, loved her with such a passion that it intrigued Yoongi as a child. He wanted to love someone the way he did. What he never understood was why he ever came back from his "work". She had said he was just overseas due to work and he had believed it. Now at the age of 18, he knew better. He wasn't coming home, not for her and not for him. But why? He guessed hell never know the answer.
So far the day has been extremely awful. First he finds out he's schizophrenic and then is immediately taken to a house for disturbed teens? Now he's forced to eat with five other boys who are beyond weird. One of them which can't stop looking at him.
Every few minutes he would glance over at Jimin, and he was pretty sure the orange haired boy never moved his eyes. He didn't even try to play off the fact that he was caught staring even after the fifth time. It annoyed him, maybe Jiminy thought he was crazy too. Maybe he was secretly judging, trying to find out just exactly what kind of monster he was. Whatever the reason, Yoongi hated it.
At least the others seemed to be decent. Not the one names Taehyung though, he obviously didn't seem to care about first impressions. Yoongi had made a mental note to keep away from him. He wasn't in the mood to fight or even argue with anyone in the least. All he was focused on was getting 'better' and leaving this horror house.
The one boy that Yoongi considered to talk to was Jungkook. At least he was silent, and silence was like music to his ears. Yoongi kind of hoped he was mute, that would be one less person he wouldn't have to be forced to have a conversation with.
Nothing was more awkward then eating right off the bat with people you don't know. Yoongi never liked eating in front of people to begin with, and he wasn't much of an eater anyway. Back home, he would spend hours in his room doing what he loved the most. Making music. He would get so carried away that he wouldn't even notice that he hadn't eaten yet.
What's worse is that his mother never saw the slight decrease in his body weight.
The one thing he wanted to see the most was Hoseok. He missed him so much, more than he thought he would. He never noticed that Hoseok was the only person he talked to on a daily basis, that he was the only friend he had, the only person that has ever been there for him. He needed some answers, and he especially needed to talk to Hoseok. Maybe he would be able to talk to Yoongi's mother and convince her to let he out of here.
After what seemed like forever, lunch was finally over. And Yoongi used this chance to find Dr. Ahn. He found her in the back of the kitchen, talking to one of the lunch ladies. That got Yoongi thinking about why anyone would ever cook for mental insane people. The world just seemed to confusing in his eyes.
When Dr. Ahn noticed his presence, she started to smile. Yoongi couldn't figure out of it was a genuine smile, or just a fake one to get by with.
"Are you ready for your tour of the house yet?" She asked sweetly.
"Is there a phone?" Yoongi ignored her question.
Dr. Ahn raised an eye brow, she smile fading,"There are no phones I'm afraid. Just email, why do you ask?"
"I need to us it." Yoongi needed to someone how convince her to let him send at least one email, maybe he could lie and say it's for his mom and send it to Hoseok instead,"I need to talk to my mother."
"Homesick already dear? You can use it tomorrow, but right now I need to show where you'll be staying, there has been some changes and you'll be having a roommate."
"One of the boys from before?" He was hoping it was either Jungkook or the one who's name he thought was like Shortjim or something. He didn't think Namjoon would be too bad, but he seemed like one of those people who would ramble on about philosophy and politics.
"Those boys are the only ones here at the moment, they seem to be doing just fine treatment wise, it's just the socializing part we're all worried about." Dr. Ahn had let out a chuckle but her face didn't seem amused much. She started to walk out of the kitchen, giving Yoongi a small gesture meaning he needed to follow.
Yoongi was surprised when he came back out into the dining area to find the boys gone, their plates already being gathered up by one of the lunch ladies.
Dr. Ahn lead Yoongi through the door that the boys had entered from and he finally got to see what the living space was really like. It much the same as the rest of the house but at the end of the hallway Yoongi saw what looked like a door to the backyard.
The natural lighting that poured through it made the hallway bright compared to the rest of the house. Yoongi found that he actually smiled, a feeling of relief starting to come down on him. He felt like he could actually breath.
"Here we are." Dr. Ahn suddenly spoke, making Yoongi jerk his head to look at her,"You'll be staying with Kim Namjoon."
Yoongi's smile started to fade as he looked at the door before him. This was where he would be living now, this was where he would have to some how get along with someone who was probably just as sick as he was.
Dr. Ahn had given him a reassuring pat on the back before she knocked on the door lightly. A few seconds had passed and the door slung open to reveal the same tall silver haired boy from lunch.
"What's this?" He stared from Dr. Ahn to Yoongi and back, his eyebrows furrowed a little and he seemed slightly annoyed.
"Yoongi will be you're roommate from now on, show him around in a few or something okay?" Dr. Ahn started to back away,"I need to go now, I just remembered I needed to send papers to Dr. Kang before he leaves."
Yoongi gave her a confused look when she fully backed away and even jogged down the hallway from which she came. Whatever papers they were, they must have been at least semi-important.
Now that she was gone, that heavy awkwardness filled the air again. Yoongi looked back to Namjoon in the doorway. He seemed less confused then Yoongi did but he gave a slight smile and stepped aside for Yoongi to enter.
"Welcome home then." Namjoon said sarcastically.
