MIN  YOONGI

"Everything all right?"

Seokjins gentle voice interrupt the awkward silence between them. Yoongi only looked at him, one eye brow raised in confusion.

"I mean.. I just.." Seokjin's cheeks turned a soft pink sensing his embarrassment,"You were talking to yourself."

Yoongi immediately looked down, his heart beginning to pound in his ears. He had been caught again. Maybe Seokjin wouldn't call him out like Taehyung did, he only hoped he would stop talking about it.

"I was just.. writing music." He said casually instead, even nodding at his own lie.

"Oh." Seokjin looked over at him, and he could tell his embarrassment had risen about two more levels,"You and Namjoon seem to have that in common."

Yoongi's attention focused on him more as he gained interest,"Does he produce music often?"

"Ever since he was young, he was always writing down lyrics on his school papers." Seokjin chuckled a little, staring off into the distance of the hallway,"Our mother always wanted him to study well and yelled at him for finding the folder full of music."

Yoongi wished his mother would have yelled at him to study too. He wanted to know his mother cared about his school, just like she did before. Before his father disappeared..

"He must be really good at it then."

Seokjin smiled, nodding in agreement,"He's shown me a few pieces he's wrote, he a has talent that many people want. I just can't get him to audition to be an idol."

When the two boys finally approached the backdoor, Dr. Ahn was already standing by it obviously waiting impatiently.

"Good, your both back now."

Her voice was stern despite her loving smile. She motioned for the boys to come out into the backyard. The spring breeze already drifted in, the smell of fresh grass filling Yoongi's senses.

He could see the other boys, immediately seeing the bright orange hair of Park Jimin. Sweat glistened off his forehead from the the warm afternoon sun, plastering it to the sides of his face.

Yoongi stepped out into the open, watching as Jimin and Namjoon passed a basketball back and forth. Soon Seokjin had ran over to them, standing behind his step brother with a small smile.

Yoongi's eyes searched the rest of the yard till they loomed over the dark-haired boy he had caught in the basement. Jungkook had his arms wrapped around his legs once again, his head resting on his knees. He saw the slight annoyance in those eyes as he watched Taehyung next to him, his mouth moving but Yoongi couldn't make out the words.

"Ah.. hyung, I'm going to take a break now!" Jimin's voice suddenly brought Yoongi's attention back to focus on the other boys. As Jimin passed him, his arm gently brushed his. Yoongi couldn't help but notice how unbelievably warm his skin was and he worringly looked back at the younger only to find him collapsed on the bench, water bottle already up to his lips.

Yoongi followed him, taking note of the way his chest rose heavily with each breath. Soon he came to a stop in front of him, eyes locked onto his.

"Yoongi hyung?" Jimin said faintly, raising an eyebrow slightly.

Without even realizing it, Yoongi stuck out his hand to Jimin's forehead. Just as he suspected, it was burning hot. He kept his hand there, not being bothered by the sweat that started to touch his skin. Jimin stared up at him, eyes wide and his mouth slightly open almost gasping for air.

"You're getting sick." Yoongi pointed out, his voice was stern.

"It's just from playing basketball, this happens all the time." Jimin was usually quiet and he shook Yoongi's hand away,"Don't worry about it."

Yoongi narrowed his eyes,"Jimin."

"Really, it's fine hyung." Jimin looked away, something sad lurked in the depths of his eyes.

Yoongi once again did something that surprised even his own self. He grabbed the younger by the arm and pulled him to his feet, making him stumble into his side.

"H-hey!" Jimin called out as Yoongi practically dragged him back into the coolness of the house.

"You're hiding something again. I won't let you go till you tell me."
