MIN YOONGI

***

"Why are you crying, Yoongi Hyung?"

Yoongi turned to face the small, wide eyed boy. His bright brown eyes begged for an answer, hoping to help out he older,"My dad is leaving." He managed to choke out past his tears.

The boy had reached out with his tiny hands to stroke the warm tears away,"Hyung, don't cry. He will be back, I promise!" He grinned widely.

Yoongi loved that smile, the corners of his own even started to turn upwards. He had never seen that boy, evening ignoring the fact that he knew his name but he knew he wanted to share his company otherwise.

"Who are you?" Yoongi asked quietly, letting the strange boy wipe away the remaining tears from his cheeks.

"I'm your hope, Hoseok!" He was too happy that it was weird for Yoongi but yet he wanted to continue hearing his joyful voice.

It was the first time, that anyone had ever cared to ask him what was wrong. No one had ever paid much attention to him anyway, talking wasn't his thing.

He spent hours by that tree, reading or listening to music. It had been his safe place, his get away. After hearing his father was leaving, all he felt was pain and sorrow. What was place to relax and fade the stress away became the ideal place to release his anger and cry away his emotions. Now everyday after school, he shared it with Hoseok and he ever cried after that.

Hoseok, being the happy virus he was, was always cheering Yoongi up. He went everywhere with him, even at the age of 10 Yoongi would sneak out of the house to explore the town at night with him. He had never laughed so hard in his life, never felt such pure happiness. He knew he couldn't bare to live without Hoseok by his side.

But man, does reality hit real hard.

All this time, people thought he was crazy. Yoongi never noticed the whispers or stares he got when he had casually made conversation with Hoseok. Does that mean he had been laughing and having a good time but in other people's eyes, they see a mentally crazed boy who talks to the air like it was his best friend? The thought never seemed to sink in right.

"A Necromacer..? You mean those characters you see on cartoons that can raise the dead? You're kidding right? Just tell me I'm schizo Hoseok. It doesn't matter anymore."

"Hyung, you don't understand what this means! You're a necromancer! We haven't seen one of you in like years!" Hoseok had began to pace the small bathroom,"I mean, you have so much to do, so much you haven't seen yet." He suddenly stoped his rambling and turned to Yoongi with wide eyes,"Hyung! You haven't even seen the worst yet!"

"Stop. Please.." Yoongi couldn't bare to talk more or listen to Hoseoks words anymore, but no matter how hard he wanted the words to stop he still had questions, and they wanted answers,"How the hell did you even get here? And what do you mean 'we'?! Like how many of there are you? Like...ghosts and stuff..?"

"Mirrors are like the gateway to the spirit world and what you call your world, mirrors connect the living and the dead. It wasn't that hard, especially since your scent is very popular behind that mirror."

"Okay...what the actual fuck Hoseok? Those...them... they can smell me?" Yoongi looked disgusted.

"Again, You're a necromacer, literally what all the dead what to see and talk to. You're like a piece of bread that gets thrown to starving children, they need you."

"In...what way?" Yoongi wasn't exactly sure whether or not he was interested or completely disgusted. Last time he checked he had a social phobia and hated being around people, living people. There was no way he was going to be helping out dead and people who were were or almost were rotted to bones. He never wanted to smell that burnt flesh again, just thinking about it made him gag.

"Well...some want to know how they really died, or get revenge on their murders.. or helping out with an unsolved case or something. Most just want you to tell their loved ones they miss them.."

"Hoseok..?" Yoongi suddenly said, his voice growing quiet.

"Hm?"

"How come...if your a ghost.. you've still grown over the years?"

"Umm...well actually that's-"

There was a loud bang on the door behind Yoongi, making him jump once again.

"Yah! New kid, it's time for dinner. Did you fall in the toilet or what?" It was obviously Taehyung's voice and Yoongi was already annoyed by it.

"I'm almost done!" He called, quickly giving Hoseok a glance to the mirror telling him he needed to go.

"No one can see me but you, so there's no point in hiding hyung." Hoseok started to smirk. Yoongi had totally forgotten, he knew it would take practice into not talking to him around people now.

Yoongi rushed for the toilet handle and pulled it down till the sound echoed through the bathroom. He then quickly washed his hands in the sink before taking a huge breath and opening the door.

Taehyung was standing in front of it, hands crossed over his chest,"Its about time."

"Mian hae." Yoongi bowed his head slightly, which he didn't know why he did since Taehyung was younger than him he was sure of it. He wondered if he should get onto him about using informal language to his hyung but he decided to let it go for today, he's had enough already.

"Be quicker next time, others have to use the bathroom too."

Yoongi ignored the younger and walked down the hallway back to where they ate lunch at, hopefully he wouldn't have to talk to Taehyung again or listen to his complaining.

"Oh and Yoongi?" Taehyung called after him but he didn't stop walking.

"Who were you talking to?"
