二十六 | 冷 cold。

MIN  YOONGI

Jimin's eyes burned a blazing blue as he stared intensely into Yoongi's. When he finally backed away, the cold of the room slipped back into Yoongi's skin. He wouldn't have ever guessed that Jimin was a wild animal, something that could easily take his arms off his seriously wanted to .

"You couldn't of turned into a.. maybe , I don't know, a cute fluffy poodle or something?"

Jimin didn't seemed amused, he backed away to a near by wall and just sat there. His blue eyes found themselves back to Yoongi, almost pleading him for help.

'Not funny.' Hid voice found itself into Yoongi's head again.,'I'll have you know, it really hurt like a bitch just to turn into this.'

Yoongi slightly chuckled but his laughter disappeared when he heard voices outside in the hallway.

"Jimin hide. now." Yoongi practically threw himself into his direction, pushing him towards the bed," Get under the bed, hurry." Jimin snapped at him when he pushed him but he obeyed his command and slid under the bed with ease. Yoongi finally stood up and quickly found himself sitting at the desk by the window like nothing had happened. 

"You really shouldn't." It was Jin's voice,"Namjoon are you listening?" The door clicked open and the two boys walked in, Namjoon first then followed by Jin.

"Yeah, yeah. I got it." Namjoon waved his brother off, when he saw Yoongi, his eyes turned cold,"Yah." He walked straight over to him,"What happened to your face?"

Instantly Yoongi's voice heart beat faster and he heard Jimin's voice in the back of his head saying,'Busted '. Even Jin stood in the doorway, slightly examining Yoongi's wounded cheek.

"I just... it was Taehyung." The words came out so fast that he barely even processed them. Why had he said that? By the way Jimin's laughter echoed in his mind again, Yoongi knew he had something to do with it.

"Taehyung?" Namjoon frowned, his eyebrows furrowing deeply,"That little--"

"Let me see." Jin interrupted, already walking up to him. He gently placed a hand on his opposite cheek, moving it from side to side. Yoongi couldn't help but wince slightly,"Come with me Yoongi." He narrowed his eyes at the bleeding that had dripped down his face,"It's worse than you think."

Yoongi ended up sitting on the closed toilet seat, Jin putting rubbing alcohol and bandages on the wound. Yoongi noticed that each time he passed the bathroom mirror, he would flinch and tense up. Jin's behavior seemed odd now, every so often Yoongi would catch him breathing heavily or his usual graceful movements would turn sluggish. 

Yoongi didn't think much about it, even he stared at the mirror remembering Hoseok casually climbing out. It sent chills up his spine once again. Then, more words wanted to spill out, surprising himself.

"Hyung? Do you believe in ghosts?"

Jin turned deadly pale at the question, he froze in front of him,"Why would you ask me that?"

"Just wondering." Yoongi practically looked at him with the most innocent eyes,"Do you?" He edge Jin on.

"I.." He started, his face turning a faint pink,"Kinda." Yoongi watched him put away the medicines, his fingers shaking as he opened the mirror to reveal a place for the first aid kits.

"I do." Yoongi waited for his reaction. Jin only turned towards him, emotionless.

"You shouldn't"

"And why not?"

Jin took a deep breath,"Ghosts are everywhere Yoongi. You could be talking to one right now. There's a place for us and there's a place for them.. but just like human curiosity, ghosts wander too."

Yoongi never thought about it that way. Maybe that's why Hoseok had come to him, not just for someone to hear him out but because he was just curious about the other side.

"Now." Jin began again,"Go throw your shirt and jeans in the laundry room, there is too much blood on them." He opened the bathroom door and stopped but never turned around.

"Just know this, you and I aren't much different. Let's not keep secrets about the living and the dead."
