Forever

"Mou," (Name) pouted. "Zeref, I'm not a child. I'm sure I can eat and walk by myself."

"You aren't but you've got another being inside of you." Zeref said, while scolding her.

(Name) smiled at her lover. And her eyes softened. And she laughed.

"What?"

"Just see how far we've come! From me hating your guts to us being married. It's funny how things work out, isn't it?"

"That's deep for you." Zeref stared at her in a surprise with a small twinkle in his eye. "So, Miss. Dragnair, what do you want to do? This is the last week that we spend together as a couple, anything planned?"

"I want to eat, a lot. Like A LOT lot."

"Your wish is my command." He bowed and waved his hand dramatically. "But not too much, it's not healthy for the baby."

"Ugh, the last time I checked I married my boyfriend, not my mother." She looked at him but she felt a pressure on her chest. Kind of like a bad feeling.

"Zeref, we have plenty of time together, don't we?"

"Yes, we do, my love. All of infinity."

And they lived happily ever after.

I want to say that, I really do.

But that's not what happened.

No happy ending, this is not a fairy tale.

This was the hard, cold reality.
