Were back home now. Cassidy and Michael left along with their family.

Kason is only 2 weeks old.

Kalin is at the studio.

Kason and I are doing skin to skin right now while we wait for daddy to come home.

I'm laying on the couch as we do skin to skin.

Kason is asleep and I took a picture of us posting it to instagram with the caption

'Skin to skin time while we wait for daddy to come home . 😍😍❤🔐💍💍'

I tagged Kalin in it.

He commented.

'Awe my babies . 😍😍 I miss you guys ! 😔 I'm almost done working my loves !'

I commented to him

'@kalinwhite we miss you too honey ! 😔😭 we'll see you when you get home babe ! We love you handsome ! 😍😘❤🔐💦💍'

He commented

'I love you guys too beautiful ! 😘😘'

I smiled and looked at Kason.

I'm really happy I get to be his mommy.

~ 11:00 am ~

I woke up this morning and Kason was asleep on my chest.

We were still on the couch which means Kalin never came home. I held onto Kason as I sat up. 

I saw the house phone had a message on it but I was more worried that my son wasn't moving.

I looked at him. He was pale.

I got scared and checked if he was breathing.

Nope.

Heartbeat?

Nope.

Tears welled my eyes I called the police then Kalin.

"Hello?"

"He's not breathing."

"What? Who?"

"Kason, he's not breathing there's no heart beat, I think he's dead babe!"

"Okay honey I'm on my way did you call the police?"

"Yes they're on their way!"

"Okay I'll be home shortly!"

"Hurry!"

"Alright!"

We hung up.

I started performing cpr on my son.

Tears streamed down my face.

"Please wake up."

The police came through the door soon along with the ambulance.

I handed them my baby.

The ambulance started performing cpr as well.

"M'am can you step outside with me please?"

"I wanna stay in here and make sure my son's okay."

"Very well, can we step to the side then?"

I nodded but kept my eyes on Kason.

"What happened?"

"I don't know, we were sleeping on the couch he was laying on my chest, he cried in the middle of the night and I fed him and did everything I was supposed to do but when I woke up he wasn't moving or breathing no heart beat."
