Confession Pt. 1

after y/n tapped the end call button i could see she was not very used to very much praise cause she was blushing, she mumbled about being in her room if you needed her and she climbed up the stairs passed my room and into her own, i was curious and followed her, little did i know that was a mistake, well, kind-of, she left a crack in her door and i peeked through i saw her with her knees up and her head between them i heard her say something that left me confused "geeze, i haven't had that much praise in, well, never"

"if only i could have saved sophie, then she wouldn't have to go through the crap i had to geeze, i wish everything would stop going downhill, but no can see you like this, you have to be strong" she ended scolding herself, i was heartbroken, it's life that things go downhill but she doesn't have to go through it alone,

 i mean, she's done something no one else has been able too, heck she saved my father who i thought was dead and gone forever, i was tempted to push open the door and stop her doubts, but, something held me back she continued

 "heh, stop y/n, your just being hard on yourself, you have no control over what happens but, you can only hope that things will get better, they have to be, and be more aware" she couldn't talk anymore and she cried softly so as not to disturb anyone and even if you were next to her door you couldn't hear it was only if you knew that something wasn't right about her sudden leave of the room, could you hear her crying 

i couldn't take it anymore i carefully eased the door open and crept up to her she didn't even noticed me, my permanent smile faltered and i picked her up while getting on her bed and held her close, being careful with her tail and wings, my skull turning slightly blue but i was just concerned about her it's kinda hard to not try to ease away any pain that pains the one you love

you felt someone pick you up and you instantly thought 'did they hear what i said?' you mentally kicked your self you should've kept it to yourself just in case, you heard the deep voice of sans and mentally sighed in relief, until, you heard what he said

 "y/n, it's life that things go downhill, but you don't have to go through it alone, you may not want that, but we're all here for you, ok?" you nodded and hugged sans and he hugged back you were still crying a little but he didn't seem to care, you knew that they did care about you but you didn't want to worry them 

sans petted your wings and tried to sooth you and it worked, but in this position you felt vulnerable but you also felt protected, and suddenly (a/n PINEAPPLES!!! it never gets old XD) you felt your heart melting away the hardened shell it had formed when your 'parents' started to hurt you and your siblings 

 but now you felt completely lost cause your true heart hasn't been shown in close to 8 years but you felt sans still there and he must've felt that you were lost because he wrapped you in his own magick much like you did when you were comforting your siblings 

and you were guided back to a path that you haven't traveled on in so long you looked into sans'  'eyes' and found he was already looking at you he smiled and said "you know, i think this is the real you," you blushed, bit your lip and silently nodded, sans smiled and hugged you tighter you responded in turn and you felt your cheeks heat up even more but you brushed it off and soon you got a hold of yourself and put a thin barrier around your heart so as to not make a huge change in your features and when you looked at sans again you saw a slight bit of disappointment in his 'eyes'
