Mitch put his arm around me as we walked to baggage claim.

I started to grab my suitcases, but Mitch quickly took them out of my hands.

"Nah, you just relax, I got these biggums," Mitch said, smiling.

I smiled back, knowing he was going to do something like that.

"Oh, by the way, nice hoodie," He smiled, pointing to the batman symbol.

"Hey, I gotta let everyone know how much of a good looking gamer I am!" I said, grinning.

"You're a very good looking gamer, even better looking than the incredibly good looking gamer," Mitch said.

Did he just call me pretty?

"Uh, yeah I guess I did," Mitch said.

Did I say that out loud?

"Yeah, you said that out loud," Mitch said, laughing.

"Oops," I said, blushing.

"It's okay," Mitch said, smiling.

We walked to the car in silence, but it was a comfortable one.

When we got to the car, Mitch let me plug in my iPod. Immediately, I put on Girls Freak Me Out by The Summer Set.

I sang every word while Mitch sat there rolling his eyes.

The next song was Viva La Vida by Coldplay. Mitch and I both sang this time, being really obnoxious at some points. Then, Mitch's parody came on.

We sang together again, laughing like crazy at the faces we would make during the instrumentals.

Finally, we pulled into the driveway. Mitch got my suitcases and we walked to the door. When I walked through the door, it seemed to be a completely empty house, but I knew better.

"They've got nerf guns, I can tell," I whispered to Mitch.

"I know, let's hit the stash and hope they didn't get the big guns," Mitch whispered back. I followed him until someone grabbed my arm and put their hand over my mouth. When I turned around, I saw Jerome shh-ing me and I immediately knew what was going on.

We were gonna team up on Mitch.
