With You

"EWW."

Mitch and I kissed for a while, until the doorbell rang, signaling the start of the party.

Adam ran to the door, clearly excited.

"Does little Adam have a girly friend he's waiting for?" I said in a baby voice.

"No!" Adam said defensively.

I simply stared at him, glaring with that 'yeah, right' look.

"Okay, fine. Her name is Alesa and I really like her," Adam said, smiling.

"I'm sure she likes you too. Now, I'm gonna go make Jason let me DJ. Talk to you later," I said.

"K, bye Alex," Adam said, opening the door.

I walked over to the makeshift DJ stand and took my iPod out of my pocket.

"My turn, move over," I said to Jason.

"But the party just started!" Jason whined.

"Exactly. You go be all flirty with Juli and I'll DJ for a while. Then when Mitch starts to complain, its your turn," I explained.

"Alright, whatever," Jason said, walking over to Juli.

I plugged in my iPod and put on The Boys You Do Get Back At You by The Summer Set.

Then I went through and made a playlist, making sure there weren't too many slow songs.

The playlist was a collection of 1D, 5SOS, Little Mix, Ed Sheeran, The Summer Set, Green Day, The Fray, Taylor Swift, Train, The Script, and Boys Like Girls. Basically my favorite songs.

I put the playlist on, smiling when I realized what song it was. American Idiot by Green Day.

Within seconds, almost everyone was on the makeshift dance floor, just acting like complete idiots.

After a few more upbeat songs, Beside You by 5SOS played. I smirked at the sight of Olivia and Preston dancing together and was about to sit back down, until I heard a farmiliar voice.

"May I have this dance?" Mitch asked sweetly.

"Of course," I said, grabbing his hand.

We walked to the dance floor and I wrapped my arms around his neck, resting my head on his chest. He put his arms around my waist and rested his head on top of mine.

I hummed the words to the song, not letting go of Mitch until the next song started.

He smiled at me and said, "Why don't you let Jason take over?"

I walked towards Jason and began to speak, but before I could, Jason was already agreeing.

"Yeah, I get it, you go ahead," He said, smiling.

I made my way over to Mitch and kissed him. Jerome just so happened to be nearby and the second he saw us kissing, he said, "EWWW."

I looked at him and said flatly, "Go back to sucking faces with Sammy."

He gave me a playful glare and turned back around to Sammy.

I rolled my eyes and turned to Mitch.

"So, where were we?" I asked, smirking.

"Right about here," Mitch said, leaning in to kiss me again.

Needless to say, it was a pretty great party.
