Mitch, Tyler, and I got into the car, Mitch driving, me in shotgun, and Tyler in back.

We drove into town, singing along to the radio obnoxiously as we did.

We parked the car and started to walk, first stopping at Starbucks.

"Why are we here again?" Tyler asked as we walked in.

"I got 8 hours of sleep instead of 12. I need my caffeine," I said, matter-of-factly.

When we left, I recognized a few people I thought I'd never see again.

The only female best friends I'd ever had.

"HANNAH, JULI, OLIVIA AND SAMMY. GET YOUR ASSES OVER HERE!" I yelled across the street.

"ALEX? IS THAT YOU?!" Hannah yelled, running through the traffic.

"YAS! BAE I MISSED YOU!" I yelled, despite the fact that she was a mere one foot away.

"I missed you too bae!!" She yelled, hugging me.

Mitch and Tyler stared awkwardly at us.

When the other three girls crossed the street, I was attacked with hugs.

"Why the fuck are you cute little shits here!?" I asked, staring at them.

"Remember? LA or Canada. We finally decided," Olivia said, smiling.

"YOU GUYS LIVE HERE?!" I yelled.

"No, it's not like Olivia just said that," Juli said said sarcastically.

"Shut up, Juli," I said, smiling. "Sammy, is my shoulder still comfy?"

Sammy had her head on my shoulder, yet again.

"Oh, uh yeah, I guess I should introduce you guys to these idiots," I said to Mitch and Tyler who stood there, clearly wierded out. "The short one is my Sammy, she's 17. The one with the purplish hair is my bae, Hannah. She's 19. Juli is the one really annoyed. She's 18. Olivia is... Olivia is... singing to a hobo?"

Olivia was telling a hobo that he was just a little bit out of her limit.

"Ummm... Olivia is 18 and we're pretty sure she has issues..." I said, glancing at her.

Mitch and Tyler stared at my friends.

"Um, guys this is my boyfriend Mitch and my best friend Tyler. They're Canadian," I said.

"Why does it matter that we're Canadian?" Mitch asked me.

"OMG CANADA YAS!" Olivia said, running up to them. "I like Canada."

"That's why," I said, laughing.

Tyler and Hannah kept staring at eachother, blushing when the other noticed.

We decided to take them back to meet everyone else. We walked them back to their car and walked back to ours, letting them follow us home.

I ran into the house, yelling.

"WARNING. SIX EXTREMELY WIERD PEOPLE ARE ABOUT TO ENTER THE HOUSE," I yelled.

"What? Six?" Adam asked.

"Uhhh..." I said.

Before I could explain anything, Tyler opened the front door, everyone following behind him.

"Nice place!" Sammy said, plopping down on the couch.

"Um, hi," Adam said, staring at the group of yelling teenagers that had entered.

"Hey. I'm Hannah, Alex's bae. That's Sammy, the one acting like she doesn't know us is Juli and the other one is Olivia," Hannah said, smiling.

"Alex... Who are these people?" Adam asked me.

"My friends. At least the female ones," I said, sitting next to Sammy.

Just then, all of the guys came from upstairs.

"Uh... Hi?" Jerome said.

Hannah explained everything again, still smiling.

"Okay then," Jerome said, sitting on the other side of Sammy.

Sammy looked up at him and smiled.

"Hi," She said, shyly.

"Hi," Jerome replied, smiling back.

They stared at eachother for a while, smiling like crazy.

Meanwhile, Juli was talking to Jason about what kinds of music she liked.

Olivia was asking Adam where we had a lighter and Hannah was sitting by Tyler, giggling.

Mitch sat next to me, his arm around my waist.

And for the first time, it didn't seem like that bothered Adam.
