I snuggled closer to Harry as the thunder pounded louder and louder. Our bed was comfortable and provided a bit of security, but my heart still pounded.

"Its okay, Draco. We're safe. I've got you," he soothed, running his fingers through my messy hair. He knew how traumatic it was to me whenever there was a thunder storm. It always reminded of the day I thought he died. Tears filled my eyes just thinking about it.

"Oh God, they get worse every time," I whimpered.

"Shh, it's okay. I'm not going any where. I promise," he continued. Gradually, my shaking ceased and I fell asleep.

The next morning, I woke up to the sound of rain dripping off the roof. The dark clouds and gloomy atmosphere reflected my previous mood, and I sighed. A small knock filled the room, and Harry walked in, smiling sweetly and carrying a cup of tea.

"Hey, Dragon. How are you?" I gave a weak smile in return, and answered.

"Good."

He sat down on the bed, and handed me the warm mug. I took a sip, and looked at him, becoming embarrassed about last night.

"Draco, you don't have to be embarrassed. I know how scary storms are for you," he said putting his hand on my cheek. I nodded and he pulled me into a kiss.

"Harry?"

"Hm?"

"How did you know I was embarrassed?" Harry smirked.

"Your ears turned red."
