Draco's POV
It was a Monday morning, and I woke up late. I glanced at the clock, and when I realized that I was late for work, I jumped out of bed. Cursing under my breath, I went to open the bathroom door, and realized that the light was on."Harry? Are you okay?" I asked, my eyebrows furrowing.
"I don't feel good," he said, his voice hoarse. I slowly opened the door, and quickly went to push his hair out of his face. He was on the floor by the toilet, sweat coating his forehead. He was burning up, but goosebumps appeared on his arms.
"Oh no," I mumbled, getting on the floor next to him. He groaned in annoyance, and wiped his eyes.
"I'll get you some medicine. You take a quick shower, okay?" I told him. He nodded sadly."Don't worry. Everything's fine. Just relax," I told him. He nodded and went to get new pajamas for after his shower. I walked downstairs and started some tea. I put crumpets in the toaster, and walked over to the medicine cabinet. I poured some flu medicine into the small plastic cup. I then contacted both of our jobs, and made sure they knew neither of us would be coming in today. By the time everything was done, Harry was out of the shower. I put everything on a tray, and walked upstairs without it.
"Draco?" Harry called quietly. I walked faster. I opened the door and peeked in. He was in bed, the covers up to his nose. I smiled.
"What is it, love?" I sat down on the bed next to him.
"I'm sorry..." Harry answered. I hugged him.
"You have nothing to be sorry for, Harry. Just relax. I'm gonna take care of you," I told him. He nodded. I went to kiss him, but he stopped me. I frowned.
"I don't want you to get sick, dragon," he told me, and I nodded sadly.
"I'll be right back," I said, remembering that there was food waiting for him. I bounded back downstairs, and grabbed the tray.
"Harry?" I called when I got to the door.
"Mmm?" he answered tiredly. I opened the door.
"I made you food," I said. His face lit up, and a small giggle escaped his lips.
"You actually cooked for me?" he asked happily. I smiled and nodded, bringing the tray over. I told him to drink the medicine first, and he did. We talked while he ate, and after he was done, I took the dishes downstairs and put them in the sink. I walked back upstairs and sat next to him.
"Get some sleep, my love," I whispered to him. He nodded, and nestled into me. We both fell asleep, cuddling.
