Darling Part Fourteen

Harry's POV
Last day of school

I woke up around 10:30. Draco was already up. I lied in bed for awhile, thinking about multiple things. I can't believe the kids only have two more years of school! They both turned 16 a few weeks ago. 

For Lilly, we sent the finest quills Flourish And Blotts could offer, ink, parchment, three pairs of pajamas, a new broom, a new and improved broom cleaning set, the eye shadow she requested, and a bracelet that used to be my mother's. She didn't tell Draco and me what she wanted, so we tried out best to find things she would like. 

Scorpius on the other hand, did tell us what he wanted. We sent him nail polish, eye liner, t-shirts, tons of candy, socks, a new suitcase, a barn owl, a new sketch book, and drawing pencils. And over the summer, we're going to Hogsmeade, and then to visit Draco's mother. Its their sweet sixteen, so we had to go big. (If you didn't know, Scorpius and Lilly are twins, and we adopted them when they were newborns, so we were able to name them ourselves.)

I finally  dragged myself out of bed, and walked to the kitchen. Draco was sitting happily at the table, waiting for me to come down.

"Hi, darling," he said, standing up, and pulling me into a hug.

"Hey," I hugged him tightly, holding on to the moment. 

"We have to go get them today," I whispered into Draco's chest.

"I know," he said.

"I love you," I told him, pulling away from the hug.

"I love you too. Do you want tea?" Draco answered.

"Yes please. Thank you, love," I said, sitting down and yawning.

We arrived at platform 9 and 3/4 a bit early. I decided that we should just sit on a bench until the train got here. The platform wasn't as busy as usual. It might've just been because we're a little early. Draco and I talked for about ten minutes, and soon enough, the train arrived. We stood up, and looked for Lilly and Scorpius. They came running towards us. 

"Dad! Father!" Lilly yelled, pulling both Draco and I into a hug.

"I missed guys!" Scorpius said, hugging us too.

"I missed you too!" Draco and I said at the same time.

"Let's go home," Scorpius whispered.
