Harry's POV
My eyes flickered open and I glanced around. 8:30 A.M. is what the alarm clock read. I slowly sat up and walked downstairs to the kitchen. Lilly, Scorpius, and Draco sat at the table. They all looked at me. I forced a small smile as Draco stood up. He gave me a tight hug. We sat down and draco cleared his throat.
"Scorpius has some news. He wanted to wait until you were up," he said. I looked over to our son, who had a nervous look on his face.
"Um...well..." Scorpius started.
"Scorpius has a date!" Lilly blurted out, and Scorpius gave her a relived look. Draco and I looked at each other nervously.
"Oh okay. Um, what's her name?" Draco asked awkwardly.
"Well...his name is...um...Albus," Scorpius said quickly.
"As in Albus Longbottom?" I asked, a surprised look spreading across my face. Scorpius nodded.
"Well, he's a nice boy," Draco said, smiling. Scorpius looked up and shot us all smiles. I stood up and gave him a hug.
"I'm proud of you," I whispered to him. Scorpius nodded. I sat back down, and everyone continued to eat.
An hour or so later I was cleaning the house, and decided to take a break, and looked outside. I'd been hearing strange noises, and I wanted to check it out. I pulled back the curtain and instantly a smile spread across my face. Scorpius was running around the front yard with Albus on his back. They were screaming and laughing.
"Okay, get off now," Scorpius laughed.
"Aww," Albus complained. Then Lilly walked out from the backyard.
"Guys, come here!" she called. The couple ran over to her, holding hands.
"Should I invite August over so all of us can hang out?" she asked.
"Yes! That would be so fun!" Albus squealed. Scorpius smiled at him. Lilly walked towards the front door, and I quickly moved away from the window. I pretended like I was still cleaning just as the group of three walked in. I looked up.
"Father! This is Albus. I think you've met before," Scorpius said happily. I smiled and walked over to them.
"We have, indeed! I was good friends with your dad, Albus! Just call me Harry," I smiled, shaking Albus's hand.
"Thank you," he smiled. They proceeded up to Lilly's room, giggling and laughing.
Later, the front door opened slowly and I looked up. Draco gave me a small smile and walked in. I walked into his arms, wanting a hug.
"How was your day, Darling?" Draco asked me.
"It was nice. Scorpius, Lilly and Albus are upstairs," I added. Draco's eyebrows lifted as I said Albus's name. I smiled.
"I think I'll go say hi," Draco said with a quiet laugh. I nodded, and went back to cooking dinner. I heard a muffled greeting as Draco said hi to Albus. Then I heard another quiet greeting.
"I'm so glad I finally get to meet you, August!" Draco said. My head snapped up, and I quietly jogged upstairs. I peeked into Lilly's room and saw another boy. Draco turned around.
"This is Harry, my husband," Draco said putting his arm around my shoulder.
"Its a pleasure to meet you, August," I said sticking out my hand. He slowly shook it.
"You too," he said quietly. Lilly smiled, holding onto his arm.
"I've gotta go finish dinner. You guys are more than welcome too stay the night," I said and walked back downstairs with Draco.
