After that fiasco, i sat on the counter and crossed my arms. "Here to yell at me?" Cas shook his head, grabbing some plates.
"I want to know why you yelled at my daughter." I said.
"Our daughter." He turned to look at me. "Or do you not think i'm her dad too?" He crossed his arms.
"You are. That's not what i meant, Cas." i sighed.
"Then what did you mean?" He dished out the stir fry.
"I mean.. I mean like. I phrased it wrong. I  just wanna know why you yelled at her." I sighed.
"She wouldn't listen to anything i said. I tried to talk to her calmly but i snapped." He said.
I nodded. "Go apologize for yelling. She's got an apology for you too." I hopped off the counter.
He nodded.
I kissed his cheek. "I love you." I said, taking my plate from him.
"Mhm. Love you too." He put his plate down and walked up the stairs.
I heard mumbling from upstairs and then a giggle from Anna. I let out a breath and smiled. I went to grab the bread to make her a sandwich. "No daddy it's okay. I'll have stir fry." She hopped up on her seat, so i grabbed a plate for her. I kissed her forehead.
"Good girl." I smiled.
We ate dinner, and then Cas started doing he dishes. "Go play." I whispered to Anna, getting up to walk over to Cas.
"Hey." I wrapped my arms around him.
"Hi." He mumbled.
I kissed his shoulder. "I'm sorry you had a bad day." I squeezed my arms a bit tighter around him.
"It's fine. I'm fine." He said, putting the dishes in the drying rack. We had a dishwasher but he liked dosing them by hand.
"When Anna goes to sleep ill help you relax." I kissed his neck.
He sighed and shrugged me off of him. "I'm good, thanks." He mumbled, walking upstairs.
"Cas?!" I frowned, following him.
"Can you just-" He groaned and closed the door to our room.
"Hey, baby." I leaned against the door.
"Go away. Just give me 5 minutes." He said.
"Okay.." I slid down the wall and sat in front of the door, waiting for him.
"Is dad okay?" Anna came out of her room.
"Yeah. He just had a bad day." I got up. "How about a bath before bed huh?" i smiled.
"Okay." She walked to the bathroom. I ran the bath and put some bubbles in.
"Play. I'll be back to wash your hair soon." I kissed her head.
i walked down the hall "Cassie?" I knocked on the door.
"Go away." He said.
"Cas open up." I tried the door but he locked it.
I sighed. "Alright. I love you." I said, then walked back to the bathroom.
"Hey princess." I smiled, watching her play with the toys in the bath.
"Daddy?" She looked over at me.
"Yes sweetie?"
"Is dad mad at me?" She frowned.
"No sweetie. He's okay. Just need some alone time." I smiled.
She nodded and dunked her head under water so i could wash her hair.
After her bath i put her to bed.
I walked to the car and grabbed the few gifts i bought today. I brought them to the basement to hide them, then sighed.
Couch it is.
I grabbed a pillow and blanket from the spare bedroom and made myself comfortable on the couch.
I woke up half way through the night to Cas sitting on the couch in front of me.
"Hey. Cas. Y'okay?" I reached out to him.
"I'm sorry." He whispered. "Im sorry i freaked out." He said.
"You didn't freak out. It's fine baby. Let's go upstairs yeah?" I rubbed his arms.
"Did Anna tell you she spent some time with Sam today?" He said.
"Uh.. No." I frowned. "Why?" I sat up properly and wrapped my arm around him.
"I had a doctors appointment." He said.
"Okay?" I kissed his shoulder.
"I'm bipolar." He said.
"Alright, that's fine. I'll help you." I said.
"The doctor said it could lead to worse mental issues if i don't take my medication."
"Then take your medication. Okay? I'll help you." He said.
"He said side effects of the medication is lack of apathy and emotion." He was staring blankly at a spot in front of him.
I got up and kneeled in front of him. "All of this." I motioned generally, "All of you is what i love. I don't care if you have anxiety or panic attacks or bipolar and bad times. I don't care if you get moody and agitated. I love Castiel soon-to-be-Winchester." I said. "I'm good at taking care of people, look how Sammy turned out. He's a fucking lawyer. And Anna, she's one of the smartest kids in her class." I said. "Though i'm sure having an english teacher for a dad helps her there." I said.
He let out a small chuckle and found my eyes.
"You're allowed to have a bad day. You're allowed to get mad. You're allowed to lock yourself in our room for hours, even though you told me 5 minutes. You're allowed to need me. Cause i know i need you." I said, resting my elbows against his knees. "You're allowed to be a human being, Cas." I said.
He was crying now. I moved to sit on his lap, wrapping my arms around him. "You're beautiful when you cry." I kissed his forehead.
"Shut up." He let out a sob/laugh.
I head him against me for a while, rubbing my fingers through his hair and kissing the top of his head every so often. "Lets go to bed." I said after a while.
He nodded but made no move to get up. "C'mon." I held my hand out to him, after getting off his lap.
"Comin'." He slowly stood up.
I wrapped my arm around his shoulders and walked up the stairs with him.
He pulled me into bed and cuddled into me. "I'm sorry." He said.
"For?" I asked.
"For waking you up, after making you sleep on the couch in the first place." He said.
"Shh. It's okay. I told you, you're allowed to have a bad day." I smiled.
"You love me right?" He said quietly.
"Of course i do." I smiled, rubbing his back.
He moved closer to me, putting his head under my neck, against my chest.
I held him close until i heard his breathing steady, meaning he fell asleep.
I let myself get comfortable and fall asleep too.

I TRIED TO MAKE THEM FIGHT BUT I COULDNT. AHHH
