The Pain

My heart hurts for you.
I see it's tearing you apart.
The pain,
With nothing to gain.

The blood on my wrist.
As my hands turn into fist.

I wanna punch walls
But I'm too afraid to fall

Away from your side.
I feel like I'm about to die.

The Numb that you feel.
I know it is real.

I wanted to fade away.
But now I must stay.
Just for your sake
I hope you don't break

I want to take your pain.
To wipe up the blood stains.

This pain is too real
to know how you feel.

Every time you sigh
I feel like I die.

On my inside there's love.
Coming straight from above

But on the outside there's drought
I guess it comes doubt.

That am I ever good enough.
Too wipe away the stuff

To take away the pain.
That you feel every day.

I know the whispers and the voices
They tell you "To go. "

That this life is not worth living
So you take the blade real slow.

The deeper the cuts you do.
The less you'll feel.
Until your life is draining from your very eyes.

I know how you feel.
I know what you want.

I just hurts me inside to see to them haunting and torturing you

I just want to help because I know how you felt.

Depression ain't a game.
It's in the hall of fame
For taking the ones we love and keeping them away.

The words "I love you. "
Whispered in your ear.

They are more then just words.
They conquer the fear

The fear of being alone
Like I'm trapped in a hole.

But what I have to say
Will it make you stay.

I know I feel lonely
Because my home isn't homely

But you are my place
The place I feel safe.

The place where I run.
To hide from the gun.
The gun pointed to my head.
I'm just as good as dead

SO DO YOU KNOW THAT ITS REAL
ABOUT THE PAIN THAT I FEEL?

I'm not going anywhere
I'm here to stay and fight
