B5 Just Dance, Unrequited Love Story

Part 20: (no sleep out of Georgia)

Elisha

"So you guys sure ya'll don't wanna be my on the road groupies," I ask Leo and Jason as I zip up my last suitcase.

"I didn't even know that was an option," Jason jokes dumbfounded.

Leo laughs, "he so wasn't there for that conversation."

"Well the offer is still out there," I say rolling my luggage to the door. "Tonight's our last performance in Georgia until next year and I'm sure you guys can't last that long without me," I say knowingly before faltering. They both smirk at me, "alright, alright I'll be the one missing y'all, now give me a hug," I whine with arms outstretched. Jason hugs me tightly followed by Leo who hugs me with the same amount of strength but lingers and kisses my forehead.

"If you start to miss me too much just call," he says still embracing me.

I just nod, too emotional to speak.

Kelly

"Hey Aunt," Elisha speaks into her phone. "Yeah we're on the road now, mostly everyone else is asleep. We just finished our last concert in Georgia maybe three hours ago, " she continued on sitting in front of me not knowing I was awake.

"The latest? Well Leo told me that you thought we'd make a good couple," there was a pause on the other end of the receiver.

"Really, Auntie? You know you really have an influence on him, right? He almost ruined this tour for me," she said in hushed agitated tones. In my opinion she was over exaggerating about the tour being ruined. I mean, I know how to hold a grudge but it wouldn't influence the performance, well.

"He sent inappropriate stuff to Kelly after he got off the phone with you and had Kelly upset with me." I wasn't upset really, more like ticked off.

"Rehearsal was horrible, I hope you didn't influence what he did," she said before her aunt protested on the other end.

"Good, 'cuz I didn't think so, he confessed that it was his ex that provoked the way he went about expressing hisself," she explained and then her aunt spoke.

"Yeah I believe him, I wouldn't if I hadn't heard how things ended with Melody. I knew I had reasons for not liking her but that was still shocking. And to know that she would celebrity hop like the gold digger she is, there's no comprehending what other ill intentions she underhandedly influenced."

The conversation with her aunt was filled with the events of the very busy last week and a half. From good days to days with tabloid potential.

I just listened and tried to understand what really is Elisha and Leo relationship. I wasn't snooping on purpose this was just easier than asking.

"Good night Auntie, love you too," I hear before a blinding light appears then I hear a small scream of shock and then the phone screen clicks off. I hear rustling which I assume is Elisha getting comfortable. "Good night everyone," she whispers, "sweet dreams."
