"How would you describe our relationship?" I asked Kenny, as we laid together in his bed. He remained quiet for a few moments, but I felt his hand rubbing soothing circles on my back. He let out a sigh and I looked up at him.
"I love you so much, (Y/N). I don't think any words could do it justice." He admitted, and I nodded. I cuddled into him, and rested my head on his chest. He began running his hands through my hair as I listened to his heartbeat. I loved just being with him like this.
"What would our song be?" I asked him, as I leaned my head at an angle so that I could look up at him.
"Easy." He mumbled.
"Can't Help Falling In Love by Elvis Presley." We both said in unison. I giggled, but inside my heart was racing. I loved him too much. I laid back down against his chest, and draped my arm across his torso. We laid like that for awhile, just cuddling.
"Our love is like a mesh." He whispered after a long and comfortable silence.
"What?" I asked him, confused at his use of the word.
"It's complex, made up of a multitude of things, and it's all interlaced together to form something amazing. Our love is like a mesh." He repeated softly. I blushed a deep shade of red, and hid my face against his chest. I felt him chuckle, and I took a moment to admire how good his cologne smelled.
"I love you," he whispered. My heart took a leap, because we'd never said those words to each other before.
"I love you too," I commented quietly. I knew he'd heard me, because I heard his heart beat quicken in his chest.
