The light shined on the avatar's forehead. She reached out to her left and found a huge empty space beside her. She opened her eyes and didn't see Asami. The empty space beside her made her worry. She stood up immediately and screamed "ASAMI!" She looked to her left and right but she was alone. The avatar heard a scream coming from the beach. She ran toward the window and jumped of the balcony and landed on the sand. The avatar felt the rage boil in her body as she saw her lover held hostage by a man. The man was wearing a black coat and boots while his face was covered by a red scarf. "Korra!" Asami screamed. Korra ran as she hear her lover scream but the man pointed a knife to the Asami's neck.
"Not another step avatar!" said the man.
Korra stopped and was a meter away from them. "What do you want from us?" Korra said with a strained voice.
The man grinned "I just want to play."
The man raised his left arm and manipulated the sand to wrap Korra. The avatar struggled with the sand squeezing her body. She was pulled by the sand down to the ground where she could not move. Sand was on her eyes then a huge wave splashed over her while the man water bend away with Asami. Korra could not escape the continuous squeeze of the sand and water around her.
