Rainbow Lights - A Pride Song

A beautiful soul

Who wears a disguise

Somehow so hated

In the world's eyes.

So many loved them, so many cared

But they seemed not to know

As they fell through the air.

While their blood runs cold,

A rainbow fills the sky.

Their light fading out,

Their spirit soaring high.

There are so many like them,

So many souls in pain,

But you can't have a rainbow

Without a little rain.

And though their words may hurt,

Please keep holding on.

Disregard the hate,

Remember to be strong.

There are so many like you,

So many rainbow lights.

We all stand together,

United in this fight.
