Hella Deep Poem

This may be a crack poem but it gives me joy and the last one was really depressing so take this

As I took a shower,

As per usual,

I closed my eyes to wash my hair.

But to my horror,

When they opened again,

A big black spider was there.

It was there at my feet,

A little black mass,

And I froze, so scared was I.

But I came to my senses

And washed it down the drain

And I stood there and watched it die.

I felt no remorse

As I drowned the poor spider,

But still, I was afeared.

What if it crawled back up?

I'd surely slip and fall

If I saw it draw any nearer.

But the spider was not to return,

The water washed it away,

And so I was less concerned.

But now I am safe,

Away from the drain,

Out of the shower and dry.

I was so very scared

But I feel much better

Now that I have bid that spider goodbye.
