So if I put your hands where my eyes can't see

"Kimchi! You're late!" My eyes twitched at the nickname and the sight of Noah hopping over to me like a kindergarten kid. He took my Nike bag off my shoulders and placed it beside their bags. "Do your warm ups, you're on Samuel's team."

"I didn't know Samuel played." I sat down on the floor and started stretching. Great, he plays the game that I love, there goes another 10 points for him.

Then you're the one who's got a hold on me

"I didn't know you played." A deep and raspy voice broke me out of my scoring system and I looked to my left to see the Greek god sitting there, shirtless. Did I say 10 points? I meant additional 20 points for that body.

I shrugged my shoulders nonchalantly, not wanting him to know the effect his naked chest has on me. "Been playing for a few years now."

No, I can't be responsible, responsible

Turning my head towards the source of the music before my composed self decides it's time to pack its bag and leave me alone to fend for myself against a half-naked Samuel. "Didn't expect you as a Zara Larsson fan, Red." I said to Red – whose name is, believe it or not Sanguine, which stands for blood red – who was seated beside a speaker dock.

It ain't my fault

"She's hot." He replied with a wolfish grin as he stood up and dusted his jersey shorts. "Come on, now that you're here we can start the game."

We made our way into the floorball court with Samuel by my side and took our positions. Once again requesting for the goalkeeper role because I really didn't want to risk being in between a group of boys who will inevitably play rough on the field.

"Let the hunger games begin! May the odds be ever in your favor!" I heard Noah shout from across the field before everyone started running after the ball.

2 hours later with a score of 10 – 7 and some bonus bruises from the impact of Noah's attempt at scoring, we won.

Collapsing on the ground from the strenuous activity, I sluggishly dragged my bag over to me so I can take my water bottle out. Taking a sip of my water, I tried to control my breathing so I can stop wheezing and just like before, none of them were even sweating. "How are you guys not sweating? Do you have like hypohidrosis?"

"What even is that?" I looked over at Red who has an amused look on his face. Glad he finds something so severely life threatening funny. "But to answer your question, no we don't. We're just really fit. Maybe you should start training with us seeing as you broke out into sweat the minute we started the game." He finished with a smirk before Samuel hit the back of his head like he did with Noah before.

Throwing a forced smile towards him before I mimicked him: "To answer your question, hypohidrosis is the diminished sweating in response to appropriate stimuli. As non-threatening as it sounds, it can cause hyperthermia, heat exhaustion, heat stroke or even death."

Enjoying the fact that I managed to make his jaw drop from that information, I took the towel from my bag and started to slowly wipe away the sweat on my forehead without touching my eyebrows.

"So, Emily, right? Will you be at the meteor shower later?" I looked up from my towel to the brunette who was eating cereal from a box. If I'm not wrong – which I'm not, since I'm usually pretty good with names – his name is Andrew Holt. Andrew was the shortest guy I've seen in this town so far. If he feels insecure about his height amongst his towering friends, he didn't show it.
