A/N: Why is Austin sorta pleased with this rumor? Oh yeah, he secretly likes Tori! But who knows, feelings can easily fade. I mean, crushes are crushes ;)

At first, I was very patient while waiting for lunch to be over. But it's been for-ever! I mean, I don't wanna avoid Austin, he's great... but shouldn't I? To prove the rumor isn't true? Shouldn't he try and stay away from me as well? Because if he's trying to, he's not doing a very good job since I'm right next to him at this very moment.

~Ding, ding, ding~

Thank the heavens! Off to physics, away from Aust--no. Austin's in my physics class! Tiffany, too. Great. The thing is, I'm a bit smarter than other people my age, that's why I take physics instead of biology, unlike Emily. I remember on the first day of school, in physics and the whole seat thing with me, Nick, and Tiffany. I knew Austin was in that class, I guess I was too busy admiring Nick, to notice him on the first day. Oops?

"Let's go to physics, Tor." I heard Austin say, as he put his arm over my shoulder. Now, usually I would let him do that since he's my best-guy-friend but really, now? When this rumor is going around? Weird. What's up with him lately, anyways. I feel like he wants the rumor to be true so he's making it look like it is? Oh well. School was ending soon. And Emily and Nick were coming back tomorrow. Yay.

''O-okay." I said, stuttering, as usual.

We walked to the physics classroom and entered.

"Aww! Look at them together!" squealed Tiffany.

I walked over to her, leaving Austin behind and said, ''I told you we're not together!" I loudly whispered.

"Sorry but it really does look like you guys are." she said. Okay, this girl is officially crazy!

I sighed and then sat at the front because I knew Austin would be in the back. I was wrong. So, so wrong. Because by the time I sat in the front, he was on my left, near the windows. Great.

After a few minutes, my physics teacher arrived. He was late. Just like the last time I saw him, on the first day of school. His name is Mr. Leroy. He's the clumsiest of all my teachers.  But he's also the nicest.

"Good Afternoon, students. Sorry I'm late... again." he said.

"Hi Mr. Leroy." I said as I waved.

Austin suddenly coughed out teacher's pet.

"Hello Tori. And you, too Austin." he said, making me and Austin laugh.

"I will be introducing your physics project of this semester. I will put everyone into groups of three or four to make a diorama or power-point demonstration. So for today's homework, I want everyone to think of a specific topic that has to with physics and if you want to do a diorama or a power-point demonstration.'' Mr. Leroy said, making the class groan.

After that, all my classes quickly passed by. Before I knew it, school was over. Time to g-- with Austin.

"Emily called me. She said that Nick's home and he wants all of us to come over after school... which is now so let's go get Emily."

"Ok. About the rumor--'' I was about to finish my sentence, but Austin decided to interrupt me. Annoying...

"It's fine, Tori. The rumor will blow over in no time." he said, a grin on his face. I nodded and so did he. We walked into the school parking-lot and into his car. We drove all the way to his place until we reached the front of his house. We honked the horn, signaling that we were here and waiting. As we were waiting for a few minutes, that's when Emily jumped out of no where and into the car.

"Hi my lovelies." she said, she was as happy as ever to get out of the house.

She then muttered, ''Stupid backseat." which made me giggle.

"So it's just us three and Nick? No one else?" I asked Austin, hoping I wouldn't see Tiffany there.

"Yup." he said, popping the p.

We reached his house. Lemme just say, it's huge and mansion-looking! It was a large, three-story house with a double garage and driveway with a large porch out in front.

We all got out of the car and walked to the porch. Austin politely rung the door bell instead of knocking crazily like I would. Hehe.

The door opened to him. Nick. He was dressed casually. Jeans and a tee. A smile on his face.

"Come in guys. And by the way, Tiffany's not here." he said. After hearing that, I was relieved. I didn't want to deal with her. At least not today. Not after our encounters today.

I thought the house from the outside was amazing but it was extraordinary inside! There was a giant living room with a bunch of cool stuff like a pool table and foosball table. Wow. Just wow.

"Anything happen today at school?" Nick asked curiously.

"Well... there's this new rumor." Austin started. But since he interrupted me a lot today already, I decided it was my turn to do the interrupting.

"Yeah. About me. And Austin. T-they think, we're together.'' I said.

"Wow. It's not true, is it?" Nick asked.

"No." Austin and I said simultaneously.

"Good. I m-mean weird. Weird rumor." Nick stuttered out which made me smile a little, knowing he thought the rumor was goodish and wierd.

"Ok now that is a weird rumor! Anyways... let's do something fun guys!" Emily said, to break the tension.

"Like what?" I said, curious to see what she'd scme up with.

"Hmm... how about truth or dare?" Emily said, well actually squealed out.

It was a decent gesture so we all agreed and sat down on the soft, fuzzy carpet in the living room.

"So... who goes first?" Nick asked.

"I will I guess. I'll be the one to choose. Hmm... Austin!" Emily started.

"Truth or dare?" she said in the scariest voice she could do. It wasn't all that scary, though. At least, she did her best. Fail, though.

"Dare." he simply answered.

"I dare you to... kiss Tori!" she squealed, a smile on her face.

My cheeks got red and so did Austin's. Nick just sat there, stunned.

"Uhm. Bro. Like now." she said.

"O-okay.'' he said.

Now Austin was sitting next to me, so he simply leaned in closer to me. I had no option. All I could do is close my eyes and wait for it to be over...

A/N: Woah, this dare! Find out next week if the kiss will happen or if they will end up wimping out!
