I sat down in the hard kitchen chair not daring to make too loud of a noise. I just got April down for her nap and I really don't want her to make a noise. Luke comes up behind me and kisses the back of my neck. "Is she asleep?" I nod. "Good." His voice leaves a sexy growl in the air. We don't get a lot of alone time since you had the baby. I smile as he kneels in front of me and looks at me with admiration. The same he gave me 6 years ago when we just started dating.
I now have been through college and am a Psychiatrist and Luke is a song writer. Together we make pretty good money. We stayed together through all these years although it was difficult. College isn't easy on relationships; it always seemed we were just too busy but it always worked out some how.
It seems cheesy that we are still together and married but its not we found each other early and we get along just fine. Now that we are on our first kid it seems we have a new adventure on our hands. I can't believe April is already 4 months old.
Luke snaps me out of my thoughts. He tugs me out of the chair like I am a piece of clothing hanging on the clothes line. I run into his body and slam into his chest. Still as strong as ever. Our bellies touch. "I love your belly you know that?" I say with a smirk. He nods as he grabs the back of my head and brings my lips up to his.
