Bo arrived at Mercy Rae's house at the same time as Tucker and before they made it to the front door, Tuck stopped him once again.

"Bo man, ya know I trust you, but please for the love of God, don't hurt her.  She's so innocent I don't know if she would survive you hurtin her."

Bo knew he was coming from a good place and he admired the way Tuck looked out for Mercy, it's what a good brother does.

"Tucker I understand and trust me, I won't hurt her.  She's too good and by some miracle she wants me in her life and I will do anything to prove that she made the right decision choosing me."

Tucker stood there taking in his friend.  "I know brother, I just can't help but feel protective over her and I know how happy you seem to make her and I've seen the change in you. Just keep her safe."

Bo nodded as they stepped up onto the porch, Tuck let Bo knock and from inside they heard her angelic voice. "Come in!"

When both of them got inside, Mercy Rae walked from the back of the house and into the living room, making the two men stop dead in their tracks.

"Good Lord" Bo whispered when he saw his lady standing there while Tuck slapped him on the back. "Good luck brother" he said slyly.

"Hey y'all" his angel said brightly. Turning to Tucker, she said "I just fed the girls, gave them fresh water and took care of Thor for the night. All you have to do is let them outside to do their business.

There's food in the fridge and I laid out all of your favorite movies on the coffee table or you can watch ESPN. Thanks again Tuck. You're the best big brother ever."

She hugged him, told her dogs by and picked up her bag and walked over to Bo.

"Hey there handsome" she said, standing on her tip toes, kissing his nose. "You ready?" He couldn't help notice how her eyes twinkled and he loved it.

"Ready Ms. Harrison" he said, giving her his arm. Once they reached his truck, he held her door open and made sure she was buckled up.

"You gonna tell me where we're going?" She asked. Bo shook his head no, grinning and making Mercy Rae laugh.

He loved hearing her laugh and seeing her smile. He had decided that she had the prettiest smile of any girl he'd ever seen.

Mercy Rae was going to be Mrs. Bo Robertson, it was just a matter of time but until then he was going to love the heck out of getting to know her more.

She asked if she could turn on the radio and Sugarland came on with Something More.

"Oh my gosh! I love this song!" She said and started singing and he was of the opinion that she made it sound just as good as Jennifer Nettles, but he was maybe just a little biased.

Bo turned down the radio, looked at her and said "You have the most incredible voice ever, Mercy Rae. I could listen to you sing all day."

Her reply was to grab his hand that was resting on his thigh and give him a little squeeze and that made him smile.

Fifteen minutes later, he pulled off the main road and now they were on gravel, winding up into the side of a small hill and when they had finally reached their destination, he turned around and backed up.
