the sound of the alarm and the aroma of fried rice woke her up.

Julia immediately went to the restroom to do her morning routine so she can have breakfast with her family. She really miss this. She's been very busy with work these past few weeks that she rarely got a chance to join them.
"Good morning Ma, I miss you"
"Good morning Juls, I miss you too. Breakfast is ready" Marjorie said while setting up the table.
Being with her family is very important to Julia. Whenever she has a chance, she always make sure to see and talk to them.
"No taping today?" Dani, the eldest ask her.
"Mamaya after lunch"
"But you promise me, you gonna buy me today the shoes I said to you last week" Leon, the youngest of the barretto butt in.
"Claui will be the one to join and buy you the shoes. Ate is so busy today. Sorry Leon."
"Ok, I'll just ask mom to join me, I don't want Ate Claui. She doesn't want waiting for too long" Leon complained.
" Ang tagal mo kayang mamili, you're such a girl" Claui defend.
"Ok children that's enough, we are eating breakfast remember?" Marjorie came in handling a freshly baked cookies.
"Coooooookkkkkkiiiieeeessss" the four said in unison.
They've been always like these, happy and simple, very far from what other people think of them. Barretto family is considered to be one of the royal families in showbiz industry. "Classy and Elegant" are the words used to describe them by media. Julia didn't had a hard time entering showbiz because of her surname. The only thing that challenge her, is that people were expecting so much from her because of her parents and aunts excellent work from the past, but she used it to strive and work hard. Now she is the lead star of an upcoming movie of ABS-CBN and she promised to do her very best.

A simple text message made her smile. Its been a while since she felt this kind of "Kilig Vibe". She doesn't want to be involved in anyone now that she wants to focus on her career but a little spice to her "love life" is not a bad thing as long as she knows how to handle herself.

Julia replied as she grabbed her bag and headed to the door.
