Vic's POV:
I woke up with the feeling that we didn't have much time left here at my parents. I always hated that. I could spend all year touring, but the moment I got home I was back into old habits. No matter how old you are, where you grew up would always be 'home home'. The one place where you could forget everything. Well except for this particular trip - with the whole Jaime business I was - admittedly - distracted.
I knew everyone had noticed it. Of course the only person who had come out and asked was Mike. He always knew everything that was going on in the band. It was like he had this seventh sense or something.
But I decided to go for a walk, sometimes we would arrive in a new town and it would remind me of my old town. Something as small as a tree, or a fence - it always was the weirdest things that held the most nostalgia.
I headed out the front door, to see our tour bus was touring in front of me. However, there didn't seem to be anyone around.
.I climbed aboard, the door was already open.
"Casey?" I shouted.
I looked around for any member of our crew, but none of them were to be found. A wave of confusion washed over me.
"Hey." I heard a voice say behind me.
"Jaime..." I trailed off.
"Please can we just talk?" He asked.
"I can't do this right now." I told him.
"When then? Because we are back on tour in a matter of days." He replied.
"I don't want to fix things just because of tour." I answered.
"Neither do I - you know what I meant." He said quietly.
Silence filled the room. I didn't know what to say. Half of me was battling to stay strong, keeping my walls up high. But then this other half just wanted to forgive him without another word - which would be the easiest thing to do. However, that half was the half that always got me inevitably hurt.
"I made food." He told me. "At least stay and finish it, I promise you can go afterwards."
Cautiously I sat down. My legs taking charge over my head, I felt my heart thump like crazy.
"Made food? You mean ordered pizza?" I asked, a hint of unintentional amusement in my voice.
"Hey, you were the one who always said you'd take pizza over a fancy meal out anyday." Jaime chuckled lightly.

We were on to our third and fourth slices of pizza and the conversation was casual. We talked normally, about the upcoming tour, about the places we'd be going and everything in between.
"You know I never meant for it to happen." He blurted out.
I swallowed down my mouthful of pizza and nodded.
"Jade, she doesn't mean anything to me. I want to be with you." He continued.
I got up and headed for the door, my head spinning. I couldn't face this, I wasn't strong enough to have this argument again.
"Vic stop." He said, grabbing hold of my shoulders and spun me around.
I looked down.
"See here, this spot right here. This is where we kissed for the first time. Not a joke kiss for the fans, but a real kiss." He told me.
"How did you remember that?" I asked.
"Because it was important, it was special to me. And guess what, it's even more special now." He said.
"Why? I asked.
"Because this is also the spot where I will tell you I love you for the first time." He said.
I looked up from my shoes, glancing into his dark brown eyes.
"Vic? I love you."
