Jaime's POV:

It had been a week or so since Vic and I had gotten together, top secretly of course. I hadn't been this happy in a long time, as cheesy as it sounds. Never in a million years did I think I would end up with Vic. But I guess life just surprises you that way.

Of course we still hadn't told anyone, it wasn't easy keeping it secret, but I was still too scared to come out to everyone. I assumed Mike would be okay, since Vic had already spoken to him and I had no worries about Tony or even the rest of the crew. But they weren't the only ones I had to think about, there was my family, our fans. It would be such a shock to my family, almost as big of a shock as it was to me. Spending your entire life as a straight man only to discover Vic Fuentes would be the one to change that. I wanted them to accept me. The same went for our fans, I didn't want the band to suffer because of Vic and I. It was most definitely complicated.

I wandered into the bus after a walk to the shop for supplies with Tony, I had roped him into going with me. I hated going places alone and he was the first one I found. I immediately spotted Mike in his usual position, concentrated on his Xbox with his beer close by - typical Mike. I scanned the bus for Vic, than tended to be my first reaction nowadays when I entered a room.

"Where's Vic?" I asked Mike, as nonchalantly as possible.

"I think he's in his bunk, he wasn't feeling well" Mike replied.

I left Tony and Mike in the lounge area and headed for the bunks. I pulled back the curtain that held Vic's bunk behind it, only for him to be nowhere to be found. I heard retching in the bathroom, I went to investigate.

I found Vic with headed half way down the toilet, I kneeled down beside him.

"Hey, hey it's okay" I said reassuringly, rubbing his back and using my other hand to hold his hair out of the way.

He sat up, wiping his mouth. His usual tan skin had a green glow to it.

"Ugh I feel horrible" He moaned.

I pulled him into a big hug, it wasn't his finest moment but I didn't care.

"C'mon we'd better get you to your bunk" I smiled. "Reckon you can get there yourself or do you need me to carry you?"

"I think I'll be fine" He laughed.

I got him some water and placed it next to his bunk, along with a bucket - just incase. He looked half out of it when I pulled across the curtain. As I went to leave him, he stopped me, grabbing my arm.

"Stay with me" He mumbled, looking so weak and vulnerable.

I nodded, crawling in beside him. He cuddled up next to me and I put my arm around him.

I was conscious Mike and Tony were in the other room, but I didn't care. Nor did I care about getting sick, Vic needed me and that's all that mattered.
