Chapter 8: Unclear Mind

"Where is he..he's been gone all day and hasn't picked up his scroll." Blake said as she was pacing back and forth looking at her scroll hoping for a call from her step-brother with an extremely worried look on her face.

"Do...do you guys think I was to harsh on him?" She said looking at her team.

"Um...well I don't think you were. You only looking out for him I mean you are his sister." Ruby said showing Blake a reassuring smile.

"Yeah especially after everything you told us about that Jessica chick which by the way, if I ever see her can I deck her in the face." Yang said with devious smirk on her face punching her knuckles together.

"Yes she deserves everything bad that comes to her after what she did but first we need to find Leo." Weiss said before walking out the door just to immediately bump into someone.

"Oh my apologies I didn't see you-" she looks up and her eyes widen seeing who it is while rubbing her forehead.

"LEO! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN!" Weiss said to me her face now with an angry expression.

"Um the park" I answered awkwardly just to see the rest of her team run out of their dorm.

Blake immediately ran up and hugged me tightly.

"Leo I'm so sorry I didn't mean to bring her back up again I just didn't want you hurt like last time and-" she kept going frantically before I stopped her.

"Woah Blake calm down, it's ok really." I told her smiling though my eyes were still kind of red from crying earlier which she seemed to noticed.

"You...you were crying." She said looking into my eyes before I turned my head away from her, my smile soon fading to a frown.

"Did me bring her up hurt that bad...?" She asked me before letting go of me.

I simply nod putting my hands in my pockets.

I really didn't want to her finding out I was crying that would only make her worry more.

"B-but I'm feeling much better. Actually a lot better." I said blushing a bit smiling.

Blake and the others soon noticed my blush and Blake started putting the pieces together.

"Leo...did you and Neo...you know?" When Yang said that my face lit up. My blush was as red as Ruby's hood.

"No! Not at all! All we did was kiss that's it nothing more!" I yelled only realized what I said as all of them had an shocked expression.

"Uhhh you know what I'm pretty sure my teammates are worried sick about me sooo bye!" I said before running off at full speed.

It wasn't  long before hearing four other stomping footsteps following close behind me.

I immediately run into my dorm and slam the door locking it and putting my back on the door panting heavily as my teammates looked at me confused.

"Um Leo. What's going on?"
Eagle said.

"Give it a second."

"What are you talking about-"

Eagle was then interrupted by multiple loud bangs on the door.

"LEO OPEN THIS DAMN DOOR RIGHT NOW" Yang yelled as she banged on the door with the others.

"Um Leo what the hell did you do to piss them off like this?" Eagle asked kind of nervous for me.

"Long story short Neo kissed me and now their pissed."

"Wait she kissed you?!"

"Now is not the time Eagle I need a place to hide!" I yelled at him as I heard Yang tell a Ruby to get Ember Celica, the name of her weapon which scared me more then I already was.

"Um try the closest."

"Dude that is literally the first they'd look!"

"Fine try under the bed"

"will I even fit under the damn thing!?"

"Just try it before Ruby gets back with Yang's damn gauntlets!"
Eagle ordered.

I sighed quickly getting under the bed I usually sleep in.

Surprisingly I could fit in it so when I did i stayed quiet trying not to breathe to heavily as I heard Eagle open the door.

"Woah lady's why are you banging on the door for I was enjoying my nap." Eagle said trying his best to sound tired before I heard Yang and the others storm in.

"Where is he?!"

"Who Leo I thought he was still gone?"

"Oh he's here and he came in this room." Yang said as I saw her feet close to my bed.

I could feel my heart racing when she got closer to my bed.

"What did he even do that pissed you guys off anyway?"

"because he ran from us after he told us Neo and him kissed. Right this is just the adrenaline." Yang said calming down

"Yeah we honestly just wanted to have a talk with him." Weiss added.

"Oh if that's the case he's under the bed."

My eyes widen hearing that before I felt my legs grabbed as I got pulled out from under the bed.

"You traitor!" I said to Eagle glaring at him as he shrugged sitting on his bed with Marissa sleeping right behind him.

How she managed to stay asleep with all that noise going on is still beyond me.

I was then shoved to sit on my bed that I was hiding under with the members of team RWBY looking down at me with an angry look on their faces.

"Explain everything. Now." Yang commanded leaning down glaring at me.

I sighed and crossed my arms.

"Fine. But you better strap in its going to be pretty long." I told them as I see them all sit down except for Blake who just leaned on the wall ready to listen.

I started explaining everything, from when I told Neo about Jessica to when Neo kissed me and what she 'told' me after the kiss.

What took me by surprise is that they all seemed extremely shocked about Neo's action and what she wrote to me.

"And that's what happened and I mean everything." I told them laying on my bed looking at the ceiling.

"Wow..I actually don't know what to say about that..." Ruby said quietly leaning back a bit.

Before anyone else can really put their input on the story the announcement bell went off.

"Attention all first year students, please report to the Auditorium to receive your first mission for your teams, I repeat please report to the Auditorium to receive your first mission for your teams."
