FaceTime.
Nothing.
Instagram. Snapchat. House party.
Nothing.
I would knock on the door.
Nothing.
I missed him. But months past and I became a father. A beautiful girl. Nancy ended up moving in but I never fell in love. Justin's stayed my lock screen and I never took off my promise ring but he was gone. My messages were never read and his car was never home. I ruined it. I ruined something that I would never get over. The endless nights of crying would never add up to how awful I hated myself.
It's been two years. Our daughter is walking and Nancy ran off. We found a note one day after we got home from the park, "Im going to live my life"
I called him every week.
But then I gave up. My daughter started school.
I got a new job. I never dated again. I loved the life I was forced to live.
