I gulped after his words sunk in.

So this is about Luciel...

I notice he's staring at me intently, a hint of amusement in his eyes. I close my eyes and turn my head to the left so I don't have to look at him anymore.

He is WAY too close right now. How has no one in the library noticed this? Can anyone help me?

I sigh internally. No one will be able to hear us, since Saeran was speaking quietly and I surprisingly made no noise when I came into contact with the wall.

"Well?" He's becoming impatient, I can hear it in the tone of his voice.

I sigh and open my eyes, still refusing to look at him. "Get off of me, Saeran." I push him away from me.

Finally. I can breathe.

He stands about a foot in front of me now. His arms are crossed and he taps his foot impatiently.

"I'm in a club with him. We're friends, just like I'm friends with all the club members."

He rolls his eyes. "I didn't know that the RFA was taking on new members. How much did you have to bribe them to let you in?"

That's it. I'm tired of his shit.

"Alright. Now listen here, asshole." I say, stepping forward. "I don't know what's up with you, but I'm sick and tired of you being such a dick to me. I don't know what the hell is going on with you and your brother, but don't take your family issues out on me. I didn't do shit, so don't involve me or shit-talk my friends as entertainment for your pity party. Kapeesh?"

I finally snap out of my mild fit of rage to see I had him backed against the table. My finger was pointed in his face and my other hand was grabbing his shirt.

I shook my head and let go of Saeran, backing away. "I'm... uh... I didn't mean to-"

"Yeah. I got it. Thanks." He brushed himself off and stood up straight, refusing to look in my direction.

It was a long awkward silence after that. Finally, the bell rang and I sighed in relief.

Saved by the bell...

I turn to gather my things, thankful I don't have to worry about Saeran anymore. I grab my books and the paper with the facts on it, since I'm apparently the only one who can read it, and my backpack. As I start walking away I feel familiar cold fingers on my shoulder.

"So... Same time tomorrow, then?"

~*~*~*~

I plop down in my seat in history class and place my head in my hands. I'm so stressed out, and I don't even REMEMBER Chemistry. I'm thinking of ways I can fake being sick to get out of gym class since I'm not in the mood when I feel a tap on my shoulder. It's Saeran's favored (Favored? I mean, he touched me there twice, so I guess so... I don't know) shoulder, but I know it couldn't be him, since he isn't in my history class. I jump up from my seated position, only to become unbalanced and fall back into my chair. I can hear the person behind me laughing his ass off.

I know that laugh...

"Yeah, ha ha. Very funny, Luciel." I say, my voice dripping with annoyance.

"You're so jumpy lately! Are you SURE nothing is on your mind?" He walks around to the front of my desk. I look at the desktop so I won't have to face him.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Don't worry about me." My chin is lifted up so I have to look him in the eyes. He looks so worried. I'm hope it's not because of me, though. Luciel has enough to deal with.

"Really? You know if something's going on you can tell me, right, (Y/n)? I can try to help you. You can trust me."

I nod. "I know. Thanks."

He gives me one last concerned look before nodding and walking to his seat. Unfortunately, it's directly behind me. That means that when he gets bored in class, he passes the time by poking me with his pencil eraser.

I can't believe he and Saeran are related. They're just so... different. I guess that's why they can't stand each other. Siblings aren't supposed to get along easily. That just comes with living together all the time. I don't know why they loathe each other so much. Aren't families supposed to stick together? Maybe I could help them in some way. How do I bring up the topic, though? Saeyoung already ran off when I mentioned it at lunch and I doubt I can mention it to Saeran without him trying to kill me again. Maybe-

"Miss (L/n)!" Oh, no. Not this again. I never get yelled at by my history teacher. He usually doesn't give a shit.

"Yes, sir?"

"Am I boring you too much?"

"No, sir."

"Well, fantastic. Do you want to answer the question, then?" He says sarcastically.

"Um..."

I feel the pencil in my back again. Coincidentally, a piece of paper falls next to my foot at that same moment. I glance at it to see it has "1896" written on it. The pencil pokes me again.

"Uh... 1896?"

"Yes, that is correct. Now, I suggest you thank Mr. Choi for saving your ass. Both of you, see me after class, please."

People start giggling because of his language and my ears grow hot.

Great. Twice in two days. It's going to be a long week.

Sorry this one is so short and kind of pointless, I started much later due to procrastination on homework. I just want to thank you guys for 50 reads. This was made about a week ago and it's really awesome that people are actually excited to read this. You guys motivate me to post a chapter every day, so I'll try to continue doing so :)
