The Jabberwocky

I asked around and found out where the dungeon where the Jabberwocky was held was. Two large guards stood at the edge of the cliff where there was a bridge that went across the trench to a tall building. With that being my only way across. I had to do something.

From a large boulder I screamed "Help!!!"

They came from one side, and I went around the other and crossed the bridge. It was dark inside, so I took a candle out of my bag and lit it. That's when I saw the black spiral staircase that led to the top. I began stepping upwards. I was getting so close to the top that I didn't look where I was stepping. Then CRACK! The black coloured wood collapsed beneath me and I fell back to the bottom.

"Agh!!" I tried to say quietly.

I felt a stinging pain on my left arm and right cheek. I was bleeding. I sat there, and bandaged up the large gash on my arm. I left my cheek alone. I decided to climb my way up the support beam. I made it to the top and saw the creature pinned to the wall by a blade with purple running through it and a purple jewel on the handle. "Jafar did this to me." The creature said. "I will release you on one condition." I told her "What are your terms?" She asked "You gain freedom, but you protect me when I am in need." I said "Protect you from who?" The Jabberwocky asked.

"Jafar." I said

"Deal." She replied

I pulled the sword out of her. I was mesmerized by it. The Jabberwocky winced in pain a little. "That is the Vorpal blade, the only thing that can kill me." She said "Much like the dark one." I replied. "Precisely." She said. "I'll take my leave now." And she poofed away in a cloud of grey smoke.

That night, I sat in the woods at my camp. The fire raged on, crackling with sunset coloured sparks. I wanted to learn magic, it was just amazing.

"I believe" I said. All of a sudden, a shadow flew in from the night sky and lifted me "Ahhh!" I shouted. "Where are you taking me?!"

We were headed to the second star to the right. And flew straight on til' morning.
