Limits

With Mackenzie not returning home within thirty minutes, everyone left. I returned to the library and kept reading my books on magic and Latin.

But I heard voices not far. Maybe a few shelves away. I leaned my body sideways to take a look. It was Emma and Petra. "So I'm stuck with this darkness inside me.. and you can remove that right?" Emma asked. "Correct, the process would overcome my limits. I would die. And you've got me out of custody." Petra said.

Now don't get me wrong. I believe there IS good in her but I don't always trust her, but she didn't deserve to die.

I had to help somehow.

I walked up to them, carrying what I had. "I heard what you said" Emma seemed worried, "I want to help." I said. "How could you of all people possibly help the situation?" Petra said, rolling her eyes. I looked to her "With a potion know as Soul Dew."

We put my potions book down on a table. I opened it to the right page. "Last know location..." Emma mumbled, "Oz." I said. "and there's only one?" Petra asked. "It is possible to make one, with the right ingredients. But they come from Wonderland." I said.

"So we have to pick Oz or Wonderland?" Petra said. "Indeed." I nodded to her. "I think maybe we'll need company on this trip." Emma smiled and took out her phone. She began calling someone. Mackenzie.

"Hey Kenz. There's something urgent, I need you to come to the library. Yep. Oh and bring a friend. K bye."

"Kenzie's on her way." Emma said. She looked at me "How'd you like to go home kid?" She said. My face lit up. The Savior chose Wonderland.

Not much later, Kenzie arrived with a friend, Summer. We filled them in on what was going on "I'm in." She said in a determined voice. Summer seemed a little afraid. "I've never been out of Storybrooke." She said.

Kenzie looked at her "Don't worry, your one of my best friends. We'll protect you no matter what. Don't you like adventures?" She asked Summer smiled "Well, I guess I'm quite the adventurer." Summer replied.

"Should we be on our way then?" Petra asked, opening a portal. Kenz looked to her and nodded. Emma was the first to enter the portal, then Summer, then Petra. I held Mackenzie's hand. "I'm nervous." She said. "I know this place better than any of you, we'll be ok." I told her. She nodded to me. I gave her a kiss on the cheek and we walked through the portal.
