Chapter 20: Between You and Me

I slammed him down on the bed and unbuttoned his pants. He slipped his shirt off and I did the same. I ran my hand from his chest all the way down. "Frank, do you think we're making a mistake?" I asked getting physical. "Not at all." He said rolling over and taking control of me. I loved the way he moved his body. I knew it was wrong but it felt so good. "Gerard, your friends in my way." He said as I ripped the rest of his clothing off. I felt his sweat run down my face. His warm yet soothing breath would hit my neck then it wouldn't. I could hear the bed creaking every time he got on me. This went on for hours nonstop. I couldn't contain myself. I woke up and Frank was gone. I got up, put my clothes on and went into the living room. Frank was on the couch with a glass of water on the table and a pill in his hand. "What's wrong?" I asked. "I have a headache." He said popping it in and swallowing. I sat next to him on the couch and checked my phone. There were just text messages and pictures from the girls. "So, what happened last night?" I asked putting my phone back in my jacket pocket. "Ugh...I don't exactly remember." He said butting his nails. That was the only way I could tell he was lying. "Frank..." I said lighting a cigarette. "Okay okay. You were drunk and I took advantage of you alright?" He said getting up to leave the apartment. I put out my cigarette and followed him. Before he opened the door, I spun him around and said, "it's okay Frank. Don't worry about it." And I kissed him right there. He just stared at me in shock and so I kissed him again with my hand in his jaw bone this time. He bit my lip and just then the door began to open. We backed away from the door and I quickly pretended to get coffee as frank said, "excuse me I was just going for a walk. Welcome home." He said as he hugged Lyn-Z and kissed Jamia on his way out. "Hey, where's the little girl?" I asked. Lyn-Z swung around the baby carrier and I picked that little angel up and cuddled with her. I kissed Lyn-Z and welcomed everyone else. "The doctor said I should rest for a few days, are you up for me being lazy?" She said. "Really? You think I care? As long as Bandit and you are home that's all that matters." I said smiling as she kissed me with those red lips of hers. Later that night when we were all hanging around in the living room, I noticed that Lyn-Z and Bandit were missing. I called frank into the kitchen just to say, "Remember all that was just between you and me, got it?" "Yeah, don't worry." And wen no one was looking I kissed him real fast. I entered the darkened barroom were Lyn-Z laid. Bandit was in the crib. I kissed her forehead and crawled into bed. "Hi." Lyn-Z said as she shut her eyes. "You know I love you so much right?" I Said. With her eyes still shut she said, "yes. And I love you too." I paused for a few seconds then leaned in to kiss her beautiful face once again. "Goodnight honey." I said as I held her close to keep us warm. "Goodnight..."
