-"Why? Why did you do this? You caused the death of our parents, why Darten? Just tell me why?!"- I scream, my emotions getting the best of me. Darten smirks and reaches out to caress my cheek, but I slap his hand away before it even got close enough to my face. He smirks again.
-"It was my destiny, predicted before The First War ended." Darten says and takes a step back. "After The War, two shall be born. One, The Savior, the other, the one who will rise above all and become the new Lord of Darkness. The Savior must vanquish The Dark Lord, but none can survive the cut of a blood tie."- No. No fucking way.
-"So, this was meant to happen? But, what if it wasn't me at to be us? What if the prophecy referred to another pair of children from another Realm? It doesn't have to be us Darten, it doesn't have to."- I say, taking control over what I was feeling. I couldn't show any weakness, not in front of Darten. Darten's lip trembles.
-"It was meant to be us Darena, it had been since the beginning, so do not try to make me have second thoughts on my decision, because I have none, and I won't have any. There is no use in wasting your time trying to fix what has no remedy, got it sister? Now, sit back and relax, the show is about to begin."- I frown.
-"What the hell is that supposed to mean Darten? I want an answer!"- I say, reaching forward to grab his collar, but just grasp thin atmosphere. Damn asshole. I look around in all directions, but I don't spot Darten. Where did he go?
-"No need to spoil the surprise sister, so I guess this goodbye, for now."- I feel somebody grab my neck from behind, but when I turn, I see nobody. It's a sign.
-"I have to go."- I say before closing my eyes and relaxing once more. Instantly, I am back under the waters of The Springs of Death. I rise to the surface, feeling renovated. My head surpasses the water, and I breathe in the scent of fresh air again. I then stand straight, water dripping from my everything. I glance to where I expected to see Albert, but don't see him there. Odd. I turn around and see The Council Elders, The Council Leader, and Albert standing behind me, all with wide eyes and hanging jaws. Albert walks towards me and then pecks my lips, a smile on his own.
-"You look beautiful Darena."- He says, holding my hands in his, still smiling.
-"I look as usual Albert, why are you saying that?"- I ask, feeling confused. He smirks.
-"You'll see why, I'll show you after this."- Albert replies, looking over to The Council Leader and Elders, which don't dissimulate their surprise. Charle steps forward, now controlling his limbs.
-"Ms. Matrixlyn, you have passed the trial, and therefore, have proven to this Council that you are the Twilight Heir, Princess Darena."- He says, bowing afterwards. The Council Elders do the same. I bow back, feeling proud of myself for once. Albert bows too, still holding my hands. I do the same, smiling.
-"Well Ms. Matrixlyn, let us give you time to rest before taking your vows. The information will be given in a few hours. Until then, rest."- Lighx says, smiling. I nod.
-"I will Reverend, do not worry. Excuse me now."- I say and walk away from the area, Albert right next to me, holding my hand tightly and no daring to let go.

-"So, she passed the trial?"--"Yes My Lord, she is the Twilight Princess, no doubt about it."-
-"I never doubted that she was, but you did."-
-"How could I not doubt? She looked too Human to be the Heir of the throne that was meant to be yours."-
-"I have a throne all to myself now, so I don't have any reason to feel resent towards the Twilight Princess. Instead, I feel proud of her."-
