A week later, all of the Heirs of Trinity and the Council Members are in The War Room, preparing for the march that would begin on the very next day. Word of The Dark Lord's army movement had been delivered to The Council very quickly, since the borders of the Shadow Realm were not so far from the bridge that led to The Forgotten Plains, a place that was once the vastest forest in all Trinity. But after The First War, it became a dead, lonely land. No life had been seen there since The Dark Lord had vanished, and no life is expected to come back to it.

-"The Dark Lord's army is 5 days away from reaching The Forgotten Plains, so we must move quickly to avoid the army from nearing to The Bridge of Memory."- The War Councilor, Yan Galian, says, pointing to the areas he mentioned in the map laid out in a table. Everybody in the room nods, not wanting to disrupt the silence in the air.

-"Another thing to consider is the numbers. Do you have any idea of the amount of soldiers in The Dark Lord's army?"- Alexandrian asks, looking up from the map and to Yan, who smiled.

-"From what my scouts have seen, the army must have no more than 1,000 troops. His army must either be small and weak or those are the forces he is going to begin the attack with and then the rest of the army shall arrive. Trinity won't survive the attack of a great army, not in the sate it currently is."- Yan replies, his smile slowly fading. Lighx snorts next to Yan.

-"So what exactly are you proposing? That we evacuate our cities until The War is over. Then we might as well-"-

-"What I am proposing is to make a quick attack and end this war as soon as possible." Yan says, interrupting Lighx, who stood with his mouth agape. Nobody had ever dared to cut off the King of the Light Realm, and this surprised everyone, since Yan was a very pacific person whom you never saw yelling. "A long war won't be an advantage to us, since we don't have a large number of troops. So in order to win this war, we must kill The Dark Lord and His Heir to ensure the safety of our Realms. Now, how many troops do we have in our army?"- Yan asks, a glint of hope in his eyes.

-"Our Realm offers 200 men to this cause."- Derten says, standing proud. Not much was expected from the Twilight Realm because the population had dropped due to the deaths caused by bandits and outlaws.

-"I give 500 to the army."- Lighx continues, glancing at his son, who was holding his son-in-law's hand. Allison rises from his seat, dragging Jeff along with him.

-"I am leader of a group who has been eager to serve The Trinitarian Army. We aren't afraid of the Darkness of of the peril that it may bring. Add 300 soldiers to the army."- He says, squeezing Jeff's hand tightly. Lighx smiles, seeing that Allison was more than a servant, but also the leader of armed forces.

-"The Shadow Realm offers 600 soldiers. Our country must be defended by those who live in it, not outsiders. We will fight, no matter what the cost."- Alexandrian says, looking at Yan, who nods.

-"Then the Trinitarian Army now has 2,000 soldiers who are willing to die for the safety of their country. Very well then, numbers are through, what about formations? When shall we begin our march?"-

-"At dawn." Jeff replies, earning frowns from those in the room. "The Dark Army won't move when it is light to camouflage and not be seen when they have crossed The Plains. If we want to have an advantage, then we must move quickly and by all hours. With only necessary rests, it should take The Army no more than 3 days to reach The Forgotten Plains."- Yan smiles, admiring the fact that somebody thought the same way he did.

-"I agree with Prince Jeffred. If we want to make a surprise attack, then we should make the journey as short as possible. Any objections?" The room remains silent, which means no. "Well then, there is no more to discuss."- Yan says, smiling. Alexandrian smirks.
