*Galian's P.O.V, at Darena's Vow Ceremony*
I don't want to hand my throne over to this brat. Just because she is the Twilight Princess it doesn't mean that she's got the right to leave my children without any kind of title. Though my wife and I were never Kings, we've always been Lords, no more. Our children, other members of the noble high class, just that. I don't want to do this, but I have no choice. I glance over to Albert, the Heir of Shadow, and see the inconceivable smile on his lips as he watches Darena take her vows. She looks so innocent, so young, so naive... How is it that The Dark Lord has never manipulated her into being on his side? Any Human would've succumbed to his side by the slightest offer he could make, but her, she's ignored them all easily. Maybe there's something else, what it could be, I don't know.
-"I therefore, with the will and power invested in me, crown you Princess Darena Matrixlyn, Ruler of the Twilight Realm."- The Council Leader, Charles Crossing, says, placing the crown on Darena's head. It is a perfect fit. The crown is gray with amethyst flowers, which have an ashen center. She smiles, her eyes somewhat watered. Is she pretending, or does she really feel happy? I don't know her story, so I can't really say. Darena rises from her bow position, standing at full height. Then, she waves her hand as everybody present erupts into a loud round of applause. Also, they stand, clapping and smiling. I have no choice but to do the same, faking both actions. Darena bows once more and then the ceremony is officially over. Now, to the celebration.
*Hours later, Allison's P.O.V, at the celebration of Darena's coronation*
-"She seems nervous, don't you think so too Jeffred?"- I ask, looking at the Twilight Princess as she spoke with her future in-laws, the Rulers of the Shadow Realm. Her fiancé, the Heir of Shadow, stands next to her, holding her hand tightly. I wrap an arm around Jeff's waist. He turns to look at me as he smiles.
-"She is, no doubt about it. I felt just like that in the celebration in my honor, but it was less crowded. Population ha grown in the last 3 years, and that's good. Disease isn't as common as it used to ever since the Twilatians began to grow slazen again. This herb is so useful, without it we are at the edge of extinction."- Jeff replies, his fingers curling a yellow stand of my hair. I smile.
-"That is very true. Hey, how have things been with your parents?"- He shrugs.
-"Awkward to be honest. They don't even talk to me anymore. I overheard them saying that they waned to disown me, but they can't do that, because I am the only Heir, and therefore, I cannot be removed from the family. I guess I'm lucky, right?"- I smile.
-"Very lucky indeed, but I'm luckier."- He frowns, his hand behind my neck.
-"And why is that?"- I pull him closer, our bodies embracing.
-"Because I met the love of my life and am going to be his husband, even if many disagree. I love you Jeffred, forever and always."- Jeff blushes and hides his face in my collar. I can feel the heat on his cheeks pass on to me.
-"How is it that you can make me feel like this with just a few words? I don't understand Allison. And when I try to tell you the same, I look like a fucking tomato!"- He says, burying himself deeper into my neck. I smile and wrap both arms around his body, pulling him closer.
-"You're innocent, and cute, that's why you get all flustered with a few sweet words."- I say, kissing Jeffred's head. I look up from his blonde hair and see many people staring in disgust. To hell with them.
-"Innocent? Don't you mean shy instead?"- Jeff asks, his face in view once more.
-"Probably." I laugh, watching him blush again. "Do we have to stay all the way to the end of the activity?"-
