If your out
On the road.
Feeling lonely
And so cold.
All you have to do
Is call my name
And I'll be there,
On the next train.

"I can't believe Toby's moving in," Veronica said, looking around at the boxes later out of the floor, filled with Toby's stuff.

"We're having a baby, mom," Spencer shrugged.

"I didn't mean it as a bad thing!" Veronica defended. "I think it's great. You two deserve your own place,"

"It's not our own, it's yours. You just won't let us go anywhere else," Spencer snapped.

"Spencer, stop it with the attitude." Veronica argued. "It's just until you finish your pregnancy, then you can go be one happy family somewhere else,"

Spencer muttered something that was inaudible to anyone but herself.

"So, has he found a job close by yet?" Veronica asked.

"Not yet but he's applied for a couple." Spencer answered.

"It better pay good, if he's going to be a father," Veronica muttered.

Spencer sighed. "We've got 7 months,"

"Everyone says that," her mother shrugged. "And the baby arrives and they're stuck with no furniture and so they stick the baby in a drawer and it suffocates and dies,"

"Mom, that is morbid," Spencer sighed, sub consciously holding onto her stomach protectively.

Veronica ignored Spencer's comment and stares strait and her stomach. "That's how I know your going to be a great mother,"

Spencer let go of her stomach. "Whatever." She muttered.
