I will find you.
I will always find you.

3 MONTHS LATER...

Spencer screamed in agony as another contraction hit.

"Oh God." She breathed heavily, her sweaty head pressed against the pillow of the hospital bed. "I can't do this. This was a mistake."

Toby gave Spencer's hand a Toby squeeze, his finger running over the engagement ring on her finger. "Spencer, you got this. All you have to do now is push."

"You say it like it's that easy." Spencer replied, shifting her weight.

"Just some last push, Spencer, and then you get to meet your baby boy," added the doctor from between her legs. "Get ready, and now!"

After what felt like another hour of excruciating pain, Spencer heard a loud echoing cry.

"He's beautiful," Toby said, looking down in Spencer's arms at their little creation.

"In my imagination he would be less pink," Spencer observed. "But you're right, he's still pretty perfect,"

"We don't really have anything to name him," Toby remembered.

"I know. We literally decorated the nursery a week ago. We weren't really planning for a baby until 3 months ago. I didn't even think of names." Spencer agreed.

"What about Toby Jr?" Toby asked.

"We're so not going down that road." Spencer stated. "What about James?"

"Sounds a bit too... snotty? Maybe as a middle name,"

"Noah," Spencer said randomly, eyeing her little baby.

"Noah? Like Noah's ark?" Toby asked.

"Yeah, I like it. It's cute. Noah James Cavanaugh." Spencer recited to herself.

Toby shrugged. "Ok, not bad. Hello there, Noah,"

Spencer giggled. "And later, if we hate it we can just call him No,"

Toby laughed, too. "And now I'm never gonna get that idea out of my head,"
