"We found them, your majesty." Jerome, the new head of royal security says, walking in alecs office.
"Where are they?"
"Sebastian morganstern is dead, Hodge Starkweather is in the dungeon."
"Get the rest of the royal family in the throne room, then after we are all there, get Starkweather in there."
"Yes, your majesty." Jerome says, walking out.

"Hodge Starkweather, you are being charged with treason." Alec says when they are all assembled. "Do you have anything to say?"
"If it hadn't been for you I wouldn't be in this situation."
"Why did you side with morganstern." Jace asks.
"You have no right to be asking questions for the royal family." Hodge growls.
"Everyone in front of you is the royal family of idris, therefore, you will respect each and everyone one of them." Jerome says, putting his sword to his throat.
"If it wasn't for those brats, I would be on the throne."
"What does that mean." Izzy asks.
"It means before he was born." Hodge says, indicating alec. "I was next in line."
"So, you thought thought that if you got rid of all of us that you would take the throne."
"Of course I would've."
Alec stands up and says, "you are hereby convicted of treason, you will be imprisoned until your exicution. Take him away." Alec says as Jerome pulls hodge out.
