Alec walks into their balcony where Magnus is sitting, looking out at the garden. He feels Magnus flinch when he touches his shoulder.
"How are you today, baby?"
"I am fine, Alexander."
"You know I can tell when you are lying." Alec says, rubbing magnus's cheek.
Magnus sighs, looks up at alec and says, "I think I need to get away from idris for a while."
"Of course, where do you want to go?"
"I thought us and the kids could go to new york."
"That sounds great. I will get it all set up."
"Thank you." Magnus says as alec walks back inside.

"Papa." Magdaline says, climbing on magnus's lap. "Where are we going?"
"We are going to new york."
"What is it like?" Max asks as him and Rafael sit beside him.
"It is very big and there are lots of people. It is also a beautiful place."
"Is it as beautiful as idris?" Rafael asks.
"Each place is equally beautiful in their own way."
"Why are we going?"
"Because papa needed to come back home. " alec answers.
"Have you been there daddy?"
"Of course." Alec says, taking magnus's hand. "That's where I met the love of my life."
