"I missed you while you were in paris." Alec says, pulling magnus close.
"I missed you too." He says, kissing him.
"I missed you too." Alec says, picking magdaline up.
"I'm sure she missed her daddy."
"I was beginning to think you weren't going to make it back in time for the presentation ceremony." Alec says as they all are walking down the hallway to their room. "It's in two days."
"I had to make sure the dress was perfect. Our daughter cannot be presented in anything less."
Alec smiles at magnus and shakes his head as they open their door.

"You ready?" Magnus asks alec while they are waiting for the doors of the palace to open.
"Yeah." He says, adjusting magdalines cap on her head. "Are you?"
"I'm just going to be standing by your side, you're the one doing all the official stuff."
The doors open and alec takes a deep breath as everyone starts to walk in.

After a long day and magdaline is in bed, magnus and alec collapse onto their bed.
"I'm didn't realize how long that would be." Magnus sighs.
"The birth of the future queen is a big deal."
"Do you really think we can do this?"
Alec looks at magnus and says, "well, we can't exactly return her."
Magnus laughs at alec and kisses him.
