"Do you have any last words?" Alec asks when hodge is brought before the royal family.
Hodge looks and Jerome and says, "why don't you tell them the truth?"
"What are you talking about?" Izzy asks when Jerome seems unable to speak.
"He knows." Hodge says, smirking at jerome.
"Your sentence is to be carried out immediately." Alec says, walking out of the room.

"What was he talking about?" Alec asks jerome when everyone is in his office.
"You should read this first." Jerome says, handing him a sealed envelope.
Alec opens it and starts to read aloud:
My dearest children
I'm guessing that if you are reading this, I am no longer with you. There are some things that I want to tell you. First, I love all of you dearly. Second, I am very proud of all of you also. Third, I want you all to listen to what Jerome has to say, he speaks the truth.
I love you all
"What is she talking about?" Jace asks.
Jerome takes a deep breath and says, "when a young princess Maryse was given her own security detail, one of her security officers was a young man that had grown up in the castle because of his parents employment there. They had become friends at a young age so when he was always over protective of her. One night when he was standing gaurd outside her door, he heard her crying. He knocked on her door and she invited him in. He found out she had been promised in marriage to man that she had never met let alone loved. That night they became more then friends. She of course married the man she was promised to, after they were married they never slept in the same room. They both had lovers but nobody outside the castle knew. When the she became pregnant of course it wasn't her husband's. She had the child, a son. After that she had two more children. Her husband had to pretentious the children were his but he never showed them the love a father should. The princess became queen, her husband became king she still seen the other man. He has watched his children grow up into wonderful people, he even loves her adopted child as his own." When Jerome finishes, there is nothing but silence.
