Lily's Pov.
It all happened so fast. It felt too good to be true. Roderick fell to the ground blood spewing out of him. I had hit him. We were safe now. But something wasn't right. It should have been harder. Then I looked over at Justin, my everything. He was falling over too. The blood wasn't just Roderick's. "Dadddddd!!" I heard Rose scream. Everything happened in slow motion. And I just stood there, not moving. Rose ran inside nocking into me and running through the glass door that the glass had been broken out of. Tears started streaming down her face as she knelt down and grabbed Justin.
After a few minutes of just standing there I ran inside after her and grabbed Justin from the ground. His eyes rolled to the back of his head and he went limp. I was screaming but I couldn't hear anything. My love. My life. It's...gone.
