You guys! It's been months since I last updated and honestly I've been through so much shit. It was a really rough patch for me and I won't lie to you, I just couldn't find the motivation to write or update at all. I'm a lot better now so here I am, writing and updating and what not. I really missed it and it feels so fucking good to be back. Hope you enjoy this and thank you for all your love.xx

Stephen's POV

I sat in my cabin, working on my laptop when suddenly my phone went off. I grabbed it from my desk, keeping my eyes on the laptop screen and answered it.

"Hello," I said into the device while managing to continue my work at the same time.

"Hey man, what's up?" I heard Aaron's voice on the other side of the line.

"I'm at the office, working," I quickly said. I couldn't afford to waste any time. I had to finish all my work today because I wasn't planning to come in on the weekend.

"My bad, I didn't want to disturb you but listen. Kathy told me that all of them are planning to--," I cut him off before he could say anything further when I heard the intercom on my desk ringing.

"Man I'm sorry. Look I'm really caught up right now. I'll call you back as soon as I get out of my office. Cool?" I heard him agree and I quickly disconnected the phone.

I picked up the intercom and heard a lady's voice speak, "Mr. James, the papers from Crystal Industries have arrived," she informed me in a very professional tone.

"Send them up to my office," I told her just as professionally before putting the intercom down and concentrating on my work.

I had some emails that I needed to send out to the representatives of certain companies and after that I had to take care of some documents. It had been so fucking hectic lately and I understood how running a company as big as ours wasn't a joke. I respected Uncle Xavier so much for taking care of everything and making the business run so smoothly.

For the first couple of weeks I had meetings with some important people that had been working or related to our company since ages. I had to know which person was who and how important they were.

Uncle Xavier had been there with me to help me out initially and then when he was finally satisfied and confident, he let me manage everything by myself.

My parents and Sarah had gone back to London. My Mum was excited to see me working for our company and Dad was pretty happy too. All of them had come to my penthouse for dinner and I got a chance to show them around. It was cool but my Mum kept asking me about Rose and honestly I didn't know what to tell her.

I could tell Mum really liked her but I hadn't talked to her in a really long time. I was so occupied with the new scene and everything that I barely got time to see her but even with all the craziness around me, I couldn't stop thinking about her. All these days away from her had made me realize just how used to I had gotten to her and just how much I was into her.

I knew she was busy with her own things but I couldn't help but think that she was trying to stay away from me. We had a meeting about the new hotel and I had told her that we were already working ahead so we should probably give the interiors a rest for a short period of time. That was the last time I had seen or heard from her.

Ever since then it was like she didn't want to have any contact with me. I had called her but she never picked up and when I called her office, I was told that she was really busy with all her work. I didn't mind but I just had to know that she was okay. I wanted to see her.
