Stephen's POV
I lay in my bed after taking a shower. Just thinking. That's all I ever seemed to do lately, more so about one person specifically. Noelle.
The whole goddamn reason for making her accompany me to breakfast was to know more about her. All I got was vague answers which raised my confusion and curiosity even further. She wasn't an open book, it was obvious. But I was willing to read the whole fucking book if she'd just let me.
I was completely taken by surprise when she beat me in running. It almost seemed impossible but she proved me wrong. Back when I used to play football, I was one of the fastest runners in our team, nearly no one could beat me. She must have been running since a long time, in order for her to defeat me like that.
Suddenly something caught my attention, she didn't refer to football as soccer. Here in United States, everytime I said football instead of soccer, people would get a bit irritated and correct me but not her. In fact she said football herself if I remember correctly. Did it mean that maybe she was part British or was she just not bothered by it? I couldn't really tell, I hadn't exactly heard an accent from her. I shook my head and ran my fingers through my hair.
I thought back to the expression on her face when we entered that cafe. She seemed so happy to have gone to that coffee shop today. I could tell she liked the place. I was watching her the entire time she examined the whole area and tried to make up her mind about it. When she smiled, I knew I'd brought her to the right place. She was interested in the little details, I could tell. I mean being the architect that she was, I'd at least expect her to be.
Instead of getting to know more about her, I ended up telling my life history instead. What an idiot. She was definitely in a better mood today and also quite nice but I didn't miss the stiffness in her voice when I told her the whole ordeal about her car. She got quite for a little bit after that. It was a bit weird but I guess she just took her time to come around. One step at a time.
She was definitely good company, well at least when she was being nice. I just hoped it'd be the same next time around. I wanted to get answers and I surely would.
I pushed myself up from the bed and quickly got dressed in black jeans and a white t-shirt. I styled my messy hair using some hair gel before pulling my trainers on and leaving the suite.
There was something that I needed to take care of but had been delaying it for a reason that even I was unaware of. I needed to buy a car. Traveling in cabs was fucking annoying.
I was soon going to own my Uncles business. Basically we had this huge company called Christopher Inc. which was named after my Dad's great grandfather. My Dad and Uncle had their own share of business in the company and handled everything their own way. We had branches in the UK and US. My Uncle handled the one over here until I replaced him, of course and my Dad used to manage the one back in UK but my sister took over for him. The whole company was going to be run by the Hendry's once my Uncle retired, because then it would just be me and my sister.
My Uncle didn't mind, he was happy letting Lucy do whatever she wanted. He loved her daughter and was a really great father, clearly.
So once I started running the business here, I'd naturally have to move to Seattle permanently. Eventually I would have to buy a house and a car. I hadn't really bothered with the house yet because I didn't mind living in the suite. But I definitely had to get a car. I hated not being able to drive around.
I hailed a goddamn cab and after almost a half an hour drive, reached the place where I needed to be. I payed the driver and walked inside. Immediately I had someone there to guide me through everything. I didn't need it.
"Look I know exactly what I want so don't waste your breath," I said a bit haughtily.
"Alright sir, no problem, right this way," he lead me to a cabin.
I sat down in one of the chairs opposite the desk while the guy took a seat on the other side. I didn't waste any time.
"X6 matte black, when can I have it at the earliest?" I raised my eyebrows.
"Good choice, it will take within a weeks time," he informed me.
I nodded my head and then discussed some important things with him. I finally stood up after we were done. He came around and extended his hand, I shook it firmly.
"We hope you enjoy The Ultimate Driving Machine," he said with a smile.
"Thank you, I'll have one of my men make the payment as necessary," I said before exiting the cabin and making my way outside to hail another fucking cab. I was honestly so done with those shitty yellow cars.

Noelle's POV
I didn't really do anything eventful pretty much the whole entire day. I went back to my house from Kathy's, got all cleaned up and dressed. I ended up playing Halo for almost three hours and then decided to take a nap but of course sleep wasn't something that came easily to me. I was so jealous of people who could sleep as soon as their heads hit the pillow. I barely got an hour of shuteye.
I lazily entered the kitchen in search for something to eat. I decided on quinoa edamame salad. After getting out everything I needed to make it, I rushed through the whole process because I was extremely hungry. I finally sat down at the island with the bowl in front of me. I got lost in my thoughts and within the next 10 minutes I was already done with my food. Oh well.
I put the bowl in the sink and thought about what I could do next. I didn't want to go out today so guess I had to entertain myself while being in the house. I walked to the living room and plopped down on the couch. I grabbed the remote and turned the television on. Watching a movie could be good, I guess. I flipped through the channels but didn't find any movie that would catch my attention. I breathed out a sigh and decided to just catch up on Supernatural instead.
I switched to Netflix and continued watching from where I had left off. I spent the whole evening watching my favorite show and never got bored even for a second. That's just how it was with Supernatural, I couldn't help it. Everytime Cas and Dean portrayed even a little bit of affection towards each other, I would smile like an idiot. What can I say, I shipped Destiel mad hard.
I finally got my ass off the couch and went to the kitchen to get some dinner. After I finished eating, I took a shower and climbed into my bed. I quickly settled down and soon enough felt myself drowning into a deep slumber, praying that nothing would disturb my sleep. I was hoping for the best but of course expecting the worst.
