"What about this one?" Says Wendy and throws another black dress at my bed. Someone popular at school (that I of course don't know of) is throwing a house party, and the romours says they have pool. "No, I don't want it to get wet ya know, and especially not from chlorinated water", I answer Wendy, who rolls her eyes in frustration. This somewhat the eight dress she has proposed for me to try on. "Hello! no one says you're gonna be thrown into the water, why are you so afraid of that" Lillian bursts out. "Megans gonna be there and since I'm on really thin ice when it comes to Denise, I couldn't keep this party as a secret, so she's gonna be there too. Jack has afforded to give me a ride, since he's gonna be there anyways. I'm sure you guys can join us." I explain.

Jack is performing with the band he's in, which they for some reason named "Kitten In A Cab". My explantion clearly doesn't work cause it doesn't seem like the two girls in front of me are taking the point, so I'm the one to roll my eyes this time . "Megan's mad at me. Denise is mad at me and if they meet each other drama is on it's way. So I'm would rather risk falling, or be pushed, into the pool, than making they meeting each other, happen". Wendy and Lillan nods as if this is about avoiding a murder rather than some "silly" arguing. If it you could go as far as calling it "silly".

When the clock is 7 pm, Jack still hasn't phoned me or anything and I'm getting a bit worried. Just about last week he said to me that he should drop by between 6.30 and 6.45, and he still isn't here. Wendy and Lillian is getting rather impatient than worried. When the clock strikes 7.05 I suggest taking a cab and they doesn't complain. The cab doesn't show up until 7.20 pm and we know for sure the party's already started.

When we arrive, the music from the stage at the left side of the garden (of course next to the pool) is high and intensive and indicates the band is already halfway through the show. I'm angry at Jack for leaving me behind, and at the same time worried something might have happened. But when I see him at the stage with his guitar and trumpet, and clearly sees how he enjoys performing I'm sure nothing big have happened. I've never actually heard Jack play, so I don't know which music he likes. The sound is more like punk-rock-pop, but it doesn't surprise me. They play a lot of covers of band such as 5 Seconds of Summer, Nirvana, Fallout Boy, ONE OK ROCK, and All Time Low and I'm really having a good time. Jack's trumpet gives the covers and original twist, by adding their selfcomposed trumpet riffs to each of them. But little do I know I won't have a good time for much longer.

After the concert, Jack and the band is taking down the stage and I tell Wendy and Lillian I'll catch up with them later in the evening in order to talk to Jack. When I walk towards him, I sence something's not right. It's something by the tension in the air and Jacks cool behaviour that tells me I should leave him alone for a while. Maybe, he just needs to clear his head or something. At least I decides to wait for him to talk to me. The house is crowded as it always is in parties like this. Letting Jack be alone, wasn't the soulution to getting my gut feeling to withdraw, cause it still haunts me like a ghost that cling to my back.

Suddenly I realise who's throwing the party, and who's house this is. Cause I've been here before, and it wasn't that long ago.

The house belongs to no one other than Megan.

I'm so so so sorry for not updating this book. I always get notifications that people is adding this book to their libraries or anything and I feel terrible not updating. I promise I will update, but be patient; It's going to happen, but in my own pace. I'm so sorry.

But as for the cliffhanger, what do you guys think? Good or bad or both? Leave a comment and tell me. And as always I love your votes, they make my weekend better.

XOXO
