I was nervous. Damn it! I was more than nervous. My heart was pounding and my palms, sweating. How the hell was I going to make it through the night with only Antonio for company?

"You're acting like a teenager who just got asked out by her crush," Claudia grumbled from her place on my bed. "Seriously, you look good enough to eat. Now go downstairs to my brother and leave me to mourn the loss of my title."

"You're so weird," I muttered as I brushed my hair once more.

"I'm wierd, I know." She stood from the bed and pushed me out of the room. "Now go fuck my brother."

My face burned red as I stared straight at Antonio.

"Watch your fucking mouth, Claudia," he said, rolling his eyes.

"Don't tell me shit, Antonio. I say what I want."

She slamed the door in our faces.

"Well, that was exciting," I said.

I placed my hand in his and he led me out of the house and into a chauffer driven limousine.

"You look beautiful," he said softly as we sipped some champagne.

"Thank you. You look beauti... I mean handsome too."

Damn it. Why did I have to say that? So much for looking cool.

Antonio chuckled softly.

"Relax. I'm not going to eat you."
He smirked. "When I do eat you, you're going to enjoy it."

"You have such a dirty mind, Antonio."

"I was born with it. It's in my genes."

"So, where are we going?" I asked.

"Find out yourself. We're there."

I glanced out the window and bit my lip in excitement.

"Are we having a picnic on the beach?"

"Yes. Do you like it?"

"I love it!"

We stepped out of the car and walked barefeet to the picnic setting.

"This is so sweet of you," I gushed. "I really didn't think I'll like this date with you."

"I'm glad you like it."

We sat on the cloth, staring at the ocean as we ate.

"My mother used to bring me here when she was alive. It was her favorite place," he said suddenly, staring at the star filled sky..

"I can see why she liked it. It's beautiful."

"Yeah," he sighed.

"My mom hates picnics. She'd rather host a large party. I guess it's in her blood." I shrugged.

He remained silent and I bit my lip in contemplation. He didn't seem like the kind of man to sit and talk about feelings and such.

I could have told him a lot of things about myself. But he probably knew it. Heck, he'd stalked me for years.

"Come on," I said. "It's just us with a whole lot of beach, lets make the most out of it!"

"What is going on in that silly mind of yours?"

I stripped out of my dress, and held out my hand to him.

"Lets go swimming."

"For some reason, I thought you wanted to have sex," he grumbled as he stood. "Why the hell did you wear shorts beneath the dress, Irene?"

"I always wear shorts beneath my dresses."

"You're a professional cockblocker you know that?"

I laughed out loud.

He took of his shirt.

"If my enemies find out about this, my reputation will never be the same again."

"You care more about your reputation than you do about my happines," I pouted.

"I'll do the fucking chicken dance if it'll keep you happy," he said.

I bit my lip to keep from laughing.
That would have been the highlight of my day.

I squealed when cold water hit the side of my face.

"Hey!"

"I was just getting you wet. You wanted to swim after all," he said innocently.

"Oh, it's on!"
