The journey back to my house was filled with laughter and happiness. All we could do was talk about things that made us all smile and very cheerful.

As we got to my house, we headed inside and I headed straight into the kitchen, grabbing three beers out of the fridge for us to enjoy.
I sat on the floor of my living room and popped open the can, I then handed Josh and Tyler their beers and watched with content as they opened them up and joined me in taking several sips of the liquid.

As the night grew longer, we talked more and more and we couldn't stop reminiscing about when we all met at Warped Tour.
"It's when I practically knocked Amanda to the floor within a couple of seconds of knowing her!" Tyler laughed as he took another sip from his drink.
"Yeah. Thanks a lot for that! I'm pretty sure my butt was bruised after that!" I responded in hysterics.
"Just think though, if you hadn't won the contest Amanda, we probably wouldn't have ever met. It's so crazy." Josh stated.
We all went silent for a little, thinking of where we all would be if we hadn't met. It was so weird to think about.
What if I had never entered this contest? What if I hadn't won? What would have happened? Would I be sat here right now, beside Tyler and Josh, would Tyler have broken up with Jenna? So many questions filled my mind but I shook them off. It didn't matter now. All that mattered was that I now had Tyler by my side. We were together, finally, after all this time, and that's all that mattered now.
"I am so glad you guys are finally a couple. I mean you guys are a couple right?" Josh spoke up.
Tyler and I both chuckled. Thought we hadn't confirmed that we were officially a couple with one another, I could tell we both assumed we were. I looked at him for confirmation.
Tyler smiled and then nodded, placing his hand on my knee as he did so.
"Well I didn't break up for Jenna for nothing, Josh." He stated matter of factly.
Josh held his hands up defensively and then laughed.
"Hey I'm just making sure! You guys took long enough to get to it!"
I smiled and buried my head into Tyler's shoulder. I'm glad he agreed that he was my boyfriend. It was crazy to think about but I wouldn't have it any other way.
"No but honestly, I am so glad you're together. I've been waiting a whole year for this." Josh sighed.

The night went on and on until we started to get tired.
"I'm gonna head to bed." Tyler spoke, rising to his feet and heading into my room. I had agreed to let the boys stay over for as long as they wanted. After all, I did live alone and I had plenty of room for them.
Once Tyler had closed my bedroom door, Josh spoke up once more.
"Well how about that? You and Tyler finally made it."
I nodded and took a swig off my last beer of the night. A smile tracing my lips as I thought about his words. It was true. We had been through so much, I'm just glad it all worked out.
"It took so long but it's finally happened. I'm so relieved, Josh."
"And you're not gonna thank me?" Josh added, pretending to be shocked.
I rolled my eyes and playfully nudged him. "Thank you. You've been amazing."
Josh simply nodded at my compliment and we clinked our cans together before downing the last drops of our drinks.
"Well, we better get some sleep." I said as I rose to my feet, pulling Josh up with me.
"Night Amanda!" Josh called as he headed into my spare bedroom.
"Night dude!" I called back as I headed into my room.

As I pushed open the door to my room, I spotted Tyler lying in my double bed, his back facing me. I smiled at the sight, he looked so peaceful lying there.
I assumed he was asleep and so I slowly began to change out of my clothes and into some pjs I had grabbed from my dresser.
As I threw off my top, Tyler stirred and then turned onto his other side so that he was facing me. I froze and then quickly covered myself up with my t-shirt.
"I'm sorry!" Tyler quickly apologised, "I heard you come in and I just wanted to..." he stopped his sentence, gazing at my half naked body, "I just wanted to see you and.." he stopped again, still taking in the sight before him.
My cheeks flushed bright red, "Tyler, can you please just turn away for a second. We have only just got together after all!" I almost scowled at him.
"I'm sorry. No, of course. Sure thing." He spoke with regret in his voice, turning over to face the wall once again.

I finished changing into my pjs and then climbed into bed beside Tyler. I tapped him on the shoulder but he didn't turn over to face me. I shrugged to myself and turned over on my side.

"Goodnight Tyler." I whispered.
