Ethan's POV

My mom wasn't lying when she said I wasn't aloud out of the house to go hunting. I've been sitting in my room for 3 days. I've just started to get hungry. My mom won't even let Gray or Cam in here to give me food. I told myself I can't drink the human blood because I will just go right back to being the monster I never want to be.

I heard a knock from the front door and I smelt Kat. What is she doing here. She's trying to get herself killed.

I tried to hear who answered the door.

"Oh hey Kat what are you doing here."

Gray. Thanks man

No problem. I heard Grayson say but not aloud.

"I haven't seen Ethan and I miss him," Kat said.

"I don't think it's a good idea to be here Kat. Ethan hasn't had any blood in 3 days."

"Why?"

"Our mother thinks he disrespecting her so she locked him in his room."

"Your mom is just going to let her own son die in there."

"I try to go in and give him blood but my mom won't let me."

"I'm going upstairs. I don't care if it's dangerous Gray I need to see him."

Gray don't let her come up here I'm afraid I'll hurt her.

E she's halfway up the stairs already. Somehow she's a little stronger then me. I don't know how bro.

My door opened. I turned away from her."Ethan. Look at me."

"Kat you need to leave. I can't control myself and I don't want to hurt you."

I was facing my window and I had my back turned to her. I smelt her blood and heard her heart racing.

"Kat what are you doing," I turned around and saw her wrist was bleeding, "Kat I can't."

"Yes you can Ethan. I trust you and I'm letting you do it E."

"Kathryn I can't."

"E yes just do it."

"I don't know if I will be able to control it Kat."

"Eth just do it."

I sighed and then walked over to her and grabbed her wrist gently. "Are you sure."

"Just do it Ethan."

I leaned down and sank my teeth into her wrist. In 116 years I've never tasted anything as amazing as her blood. I took one more sip and pulled away from her wrist.

"See you were able to control yourself," Kat said smiling up at me.

"Ya. Just because your here Kat." I put my hand on her cheek.

"Ethan..." She melted in my hand.

"Kat you have to leave. If my parents find out you were here they will kill me then you. And I don't want that."

"No I'm not leaving you."

"Your so stubborn."

"I know."

"Are you hungry. I can get Gray to get you some food."

"Ya I'm a little hungry."

"Ok hold on."

I walked out of my room and went to Grayson's room.

"Gray can you go and get Kay food."

"Yo why do I smell blood on you bro?"

"I drank some of Kat's blood. She practically forced me too."

"And you don't feel different."

"No. I think because she was there I didn't loose control."

"Wow E. She's special. Don't loose her."

"I know."

"I'll be back with some food for her. Do something cute. Plan a picnic in the backyard."

"That's a good idea thanks man."

"No problem E."

He pats my back before walking out the door. I walked back into my room saw Kat sitting on my bed looking at her wrist.

"Hey beautiful what's wrong."

"It's felt so good went you were sucking my blood."

"Kat stop. I can't do it again. Your weak and I don't want to hurt you."

"Fine. But next time your hungry just ask because I trust you and it was amazing too."

"Your crazy girl."

She smirked then got up and kissed me. I rapped my arms around her waist as she put hers around my neck. I bit her lips as I pulled away.

"I have to go set something up," I told her.

"What."

"It's a surprise."

"I hate surprises."

"Well I'm sorry."

I walked out my door and down to my living room to grab some blankets. I went outside and placed them down and put some pillows down too. I heard the door open and Grayson walked in he handed me Kat's food.

"Thanks Gray."

"No problem man. Now go get your girl."

He left and I ran past him and went to my room to get Kat.

"Kat come downstairs with me."

"Can you carry me."

"Hop on." I turned around and she hopped on my back.

I ran down to the backyard and placed her down on the ground.

"Eth did you set this up for me," Kat said.

"Well who else would it be for. Grayson."

She laughed and grabbed my hand so we can sit down. I sat down and she sat on my lap. Kat rapped her legs around me and hugged me tight.

"I'm never letting you go," I told her.

"Ya but right now I really want to eat. But after you can never let go."

"No you have eat like this."

"Ethan," she whined.
